The TRUE challenge would be to hunt down the licences. That's where the "will NEVER make" part comes in... :-(

Sure, why not? The only problem is they're not Transformers.

To get back on topic, why not a BEAST WARS / Masters of the Universe Xover?
He-Man would transform into his tiger-thing. Sceletor into a dragon. That bird-lady into a... well... bird, and so on.

In case you wonder, I'm by no means a MOTU fan, but I strangely remember the names of the characters from my childhood a lot better than GI Joe or M.A.S.K.

Speaking of which, I want M.A.S.K. toys that ALSO transform into TF's besides their battle modes, and also have actual Binaltech/HA/Alternity type interiors for the M.A.S.K characters to sit in.

Oh, and Boulder Hill should also open up to reveal a functioning cappuccino maker.

Prime Deluxe Tailgate. Not hard to do. Just repaint Cliffjumper.

Prime Seaspray. I know we never saw how he physically looked, but I would like to. Therefore, if we won't see him in the show, a toy would at least be...something. Being a Wrecker, and thanks to HFTD Sea Spray, I imagine Prime Seaspray as a brawny guy.
