Things you notice after watching TF movies multiple times

Here's a place to post things you didn't notice in one of the transformers movies until the second or third time watching them.
Here's one for me:
In DOTM, During the scene were Sam is asking Optimus if he had a plan, Optimus didn't let him in on it. They did have a plan, but why not tell him so? I just barely noticed that Sam said "Tell me, and no other HUMAN will ever know!" Then Optimus has a look of realization on his face, and says "There is no plan"
If Sam wouldn't have put that HUMAN part in there, Optimus may have divulged the plan to him...
It's little things like this that often go un-noticed, that are great examples of good writing, but are often overlooked. There are plenty of things you may not notice the first time watching.
In part one when Ironhide aimed his cannon through the windows at Sam's parents, look at Ratchet, exactly what is he doing? These are examples of things I noticed after watching the fims multiple times. Do you have any of these derpy movie moments you'd like to share?

I've noticed a lot of stuff. Most of it I've explained in other threads, butI guess...

TF1: The story is really about a virus corrupting the government's computers and robots looking for glasses on ebay.

ROTF: There are no plot holes. Everyone just over reacts. The movie is well paced and the only problem with it is that it just tries too hard to be funny for little kids.

DOTM: There are a lot of editing mistakes in this movie scattered throughout. It kind of worries me. It also just ignores the first movie completely, while it only hints at ROTF in some parts. Optimus looks pissed at the end like he regrets killing Sentinel while the epic music plays. It makes me think if there's a sequel, Optimus will question the effectiveness of the Auotbots.

The movies overall: That crap about "turn off your brain" is a load of BS. That's why critics and people who hate the movies notice all these "inconsistencies" or get confused. It's because they take that advice and don't think. I think about these movies and read into each and every moment of all three of them and they all make perfect sense.

Ahh, see, you see the movies the same way I do in alot of ways. There are a few missing links (And characters) but all and all, not as bad as people say. anyhow, as far as optimus' regrets, I believe they will show more if there is a sequel. what I don't get is, why didn't he show a single hint of emotion after ironhide died? Weren't they old friends?
If optimus' regrets and sorrows, worries and fears were to personify themselves into a singular form, you'd have a nemesis prime running around, now, wouldn't you? :D

Optimus sure looked sad to me when he finally got to the base. And for the rest of the movie, Optimus was going for people's faces...more so than usual.

I just watched ROTF again and there is more evidence that supports the fact that Sam didn't travel to the Well of All Sparks when he died, rather it was the Allspark still embedded in his mind. Optimus Prime's speech at the end of the movie ends: "...I send this message so that our past will always be remembered, for in those memories we live on." It's a clear reference to the knowledge of the Primes continuing to live on in the Allspark. Because when as Optimus explains in the beginning of the movie, the last recorded history of the Primes was lost with the Allspark's destruction.

For the longest time, I was wondering why if OP's violent lashing out at Megatron and SP was merely for coolness' sake, or if there was an underlying reason.

And then it occured to me--Ironhide. The most obvious motivation would naturally be the death of Ironhide.

I mean, Ironhide's been his closest friend and comrade for centuries, and it would stand to reason he'd lash out at Sentinel because of it.

That said, it could have done with some better editing, with some added footage of OP's mourning his old friend. Of course, it was all chaos after his death, which wouldn;t give him time to mope about it. But just a couple of words when he confronts Sentinel at the Lincoln Memorial would have been good enough. And have him mention Ironhide before he executes SP.

That's how I like to interpret that scene as well. The insertion of the "human" line was an attempt at a give away to Prime.

I noticed in viewing the Blu Ray at home that during the scene with Megatron, Soundwave, and Starscream in Africa that Soundwave does not have the three pointed star Mercedes Benz badge on his chest like he does the rest of the movie. IMO they were trying to keep his eventual introduction in alt mode a suprise and they deliberately left out the emblem in this scene. That way he was a much bigger surprise when he transforms and abducts Carly.

Another scene that didn't hit me at the theaters and only during at home viewing was when Sam is going into NEST headquarters after the copy machine scene, Ironhide and Ratchet are parked there in alt mode. Sam walks by and taps Ironhide on the hood, then Ratchet's emergency lights all flash as Sam walks by, acknowledging Sam's presence. I didn't notice that the first few viewings to be honest. I liked that touch though.

And one I just finally caught over Christmas break from work was during the fight at the end when all the autobots are ganging up on Sentinel, Bee does this wicked attack in towards SP and as SP swings around his direction to counter Bee transforms to car mode, reverses over some debris and kind of flings himself out of reach and then transformers again. That was a sweet use of the transforming concept put into practicality there.

Also, Prime's trailer to me seems like a running gag. It appears and disappears frequently and is never seen in the background when he's in robot form (except when it itself transforms to the weapons platform). Makes me laugh and think back to the cartoon. I'm not sure it was even intentional or not.

"you know what you were told! and that is nothing!"
What does this mean? What's it reffering too?
Also, I've noticed that Optimus' voice is MUCH deeper in the first film.
Another thing: Bumblebee can barely knock out barricade in part 1, but can kill Rampage AND Ravage in part 2, and Singlehandedly Dispatches Soundwave in part 3! He either
A. Underwent some SERIOUS training, or
B. Really WAS inflated for the fans. Damn bumbleheads. I swear, due to all the Bumble-lovers out there, we may never see Hotshot again! :-(

noticed these two as well, in one viewing (probably my fifth or sixth)

I especially like Sam acknowledging Ratchet and Ironhide. IIRC, he taps on both their hoods and both respond with flashing lights.

It's still stupid that the TFs in these films spend so much downtime in their alt mode, but if you're gonna save money and time, this is one way to keep them as characters instead of mere props. The scene in RotF in which the Autobots were shipped underneath cargo nets in car mode really pissed me off. They've got legs for Primus sake

The things I've noticed right off the bat while watching ROTF for the first time were just inconsistency errors and goofs.

Out of the top of my head, I remember when Megatron was being revived by the Constructicons, they use one of their own to revive Megatron but later on, we see the same bot that was destroyed along the lines with the other Constructicons.

The other thing I've noticed was when the vehicles were coming together to combine into Devastator, you can see the drivers in the vehicles. That may not be a goof exactly like how Barricade and Starscream had a holographic driver and pilot, but for this situation, the Contructicons had no reason to be incognito and wouldn't have needed a holographic driver.
