Weapon: Razor Tipped Wing Swords
You can turn Prime Soundwave into a pretty awesome bird mode. I dont have pivs, but it pretty much involves just articulating his plain mode.

Animated Megatron has a cool cannon mode.
It may have been done before, I'm sure it has, but it's new to me. :D
