I was making plans for a custom project, and was studying FE Arcee, when I discovered her bike mode tail section can actually be flipped horizontally. From the front, her bike tail virtually disappears in bot mode, and integrates nicely with her wheel kibble.

One more thing to like about FE Arcee.

Try it out. It makes FE Arcee look so much better than she already does.

Sadly, I checked the galleries for PRID Arcee, and it seems she can't do the same.

Ohhhh, I see what you mean. I thought you meant it flips around so it points upwards. It basically has a couple more notches it can flip up to. It definitely helps from the front, but it's still a pretty massive backpack lol.

LOL, true!

Still, it really improves the look from the front. Even from a three-quarter angle, it's not that noticeable.

Seibertron and others have pointed it out, but I'm sure no one has on this thread, AOE Lockdown has painted brakes!

Also...

Feel free to weep from the awesomeness of what I've discovered!

YOU CAN MAKE AN AOE MEGA-DINOBOT!!

This sucker fell apart within minutes after taking these pics.

It's still cool though.

Seeing that picture, for some reason, had me picturing Chris Latta's screechy "Starscream" voice, humming the theme to Superman the Movie. :D

You can give Slash new arms by spinning them around. It's not perfect, but I think it actually looks good!

One of my favourite toys to come out of the Cybertron Line is Scourge and I just noticed something I did not know before. His animal chest seems to have a gaping hole when looking at him from the front:

Image

However, as I was fiddling with him today, I noticed that he has an extra panel that is not used in his robot mode:

Image

If you flip it on while he is in his beast mode, it actually fills in the gap by half:

The Galaxy Force version has that in the manual. The Cybertron one doesn´t?

It does but it's such a small panel that I didn't spot it until now

Just discovered the hinges on Dreadwing's shoulders:

Image

None of the pictures I've seen online use it. I saw the pin and was all "Wait, is that a hinge?!" Allows a little more backward movement in the shoulders where the wing use to conflict with the body.

G1 Wheeljack has a flight mode. It took me a while to realize it, but it's there.

Another thing about Wheeljack -now, this is kind of cheating since I figured it out the first time I transformed him- is that, while it can be a bit stiff, it is fully possible to slide his feet out all the way so that they lock the legs in place. Some of the reviews I've seen have failed to work this out and then bashed him for not having legs that lock.

Generations Arcee has a very impressive amount of weapon storage, in both modes.

Also, if you bend his elbows all the way forward when you transform him, his tank mode can be a bit higher up if you want. Like he has hyrdraulics or something.

I just learned now, while looking up for pictures online, that Energon Divebomb can serve as an awesome Wingsabre to Cybertron Vector Prime.

Here is what needs to be done to your figure to make this happen:

Ok here's what I have done:
1.Clicked of the wings from Energon Divebomb
2.Cut 2 sliding slots in the thick black plastic hinge behind Vector Prime head
3.Carved the brown'ish backside of Diverbomb to fit the KeySlot of Vector Prime
4.Clicked on the sort of Energon Divebomb's Tonfa's into Vector Primes hands

Still on the subject of G1 Wheeljack (currently no picture for this one though, sorry), his launchers are in fact the original C-joint weapons.
