Plus many GC games I see around here are normally $20, so that's also a plus.

I also like the Gamecube, because it takes up so little space. And it's a game system, not a DVD player, not an online hardrive chat machine, either.

And if your a Star Wars fan, Rogue Squadron 2 and 3 are excellent games. Rogue 2 is slightly better in my opinion.

Rogue 3 has far too many ground missions, and I don't feel they are as "polished", but it's fun none the less. But it does have something 2 doesn't: The original three Star Wars Arcade games. The first two are Vector Graphic, and Return of the Jedi is 3/4 view sprite based avoid obstacles/shooter. And you have to put in a code for that one, no other way to unlock it . Really, what were they thinking with that?

One of THE best reasons to buy a Game Cube. If possible, though, get a Wii - you'll love it.

I did. And no other games. Meteroid is that awesome.
