Hey, so long time lurker here, and I've got a question. I wanted to know if you can take the head from RID Cliffjumper and put it on Cybertronian Cliffjumper. I want to make him look like he does in Fall of Cybertron, so my WFC/FOC Collection looks more accurate. Can it be done? Do they use the same style/size neck joint?

If this does work, I may have to pick up the RID version (which I swore that I'd never do) It is a great idea if it works.

I don't think it will work, RID Cliffjumper is tiny the WFC BB mold towers over him.

So no one actually has both molds? I'm dying to know, but living in Florida, I won't see any toys from the Prime line until at least June or July, so I can't do it myself. Heck, some of the stores around here are still heavily stocked with Generations Darkmount, Red Alert and Blurr.

Well from what I can see of mine, RID Cliffjumper's neck is where the peg is and that inserts into a socket where the base of his neck is. WFC Cliffjumper is the opposite, His head has the socket and his neck is a peg. You have to do a bit of customizing to get it to work. Also the RID head is a bit smaller, so he'd look a bit silly. It may work with the FE Cliffjumper, but I dunno if you'd want to spend all that money to make WFC Cliffjumper look right.

Ahh...that's a shame.
See? This is the kind of thing Dr. Wu needs to make, not hideous faceplates for (not) Ultra Magnus or stealing head molds for Hercules.

Dr. Wu shows up with faceplates, and they aren't that great; iGear and Beelzeboss bring new head sculpts, try knocking on their door.

And you consider yourself unlucky lol I've never seen any of those 3 in stores in the UK. I'd love a decent price RA to go along with my G1 RA without resorting the 'net prices.

That's rough. I never even really got into the Generations series, because I knew I would get super OCD and try to get every possible character that could fit into G1. I'm just staying towards the video game series, because I like the game, I like the character design, and I like the figures. You can get him off of Amazon.com for like $23 (which is like 15 in pounds I think), plus the shipping, so that might not be a bad choice.
