Thanks to our fellow Transformers enthusiast at Full Metal Hero we have images of Tomica's upcoming Transformers Prime non-transforming diecast Optimus Prime (#147) and Bumblebee (#142) vehicle from their "Dream" line. These are about the size of Hot Wheels and scheduled to release on December 28th with a MSPR of 630 JPY (approx $8.00). Images mirrored below.

Anyone remember the days where Tomicas were $3? Like in the early 2000s, where I would usually return home with a new tomica every time I went to Toysrus. Then they became $4.70... and now they are around $6.30. :-x

Do they even sell Tomicas in over in the US?

Nope, but I have seen a couple at import stores and collectors' fairs. The closest thing we have is Transformers R.P.M.s and Speed Stars.
