To be honest, I dont see any problem with part of the picture (especilly that one where the ends are relativly empty) is a problem. It probably looks better than having em squashed into different sizes, and looks better than havign the overall size differ.
But I've always been rather fussy about this kinda thing.
Better RED than DEAD!

I see where you say it starts to look a bit goldish. But i'm sure with it being just 1 band opposed to 3, and the gold's being fairly bright, it'll be easily picked up that it's 3rd. Those look great though *Thumbs up*

Outside of the Max/Pred Tourney, do we all agree on these as the standard tourney ribbon templates for all tournaments? If now how do you think they can be changed to keep a standard and not encroach on the actual sig too much?

I was thinking more of the size than anything else. I feel a standard to do rankings wouldn't be a bad thing so people aren't getting confused by different ranking systems.

well, if you agree to lighten up the colors to actually represent their respective medals
I agree with Raphael that especially bronze is too dark brown, highlighting it would help.
but as a template? sure!

What I think'd be cool is to do a semi standard version of that template for the tournie orginiser.
Why shouldnt the orginiser get a medal for all his/her hard work?
