Turns out this isn't entirely true. The official names are still "Deluxe Class" and "Voyager Class", while "Revealers" and "Powerizers" were internal names Hasbro was using to refer to each class's gimmick. The names weren't meant to be applied to the size classes themselves, but the names got mentioned on some documents and one thing led to another and so now we got people incorrectly calling the size classes by those internal names. They are still "Deluxe" and "Voyager" as you'll notice that nowhere on the toys' packaging are the terms "Revealer" or "Powerizer" to be found.
HOWEVER, "Weaponizer" is indeed a new price point, being Leader class-sized, but still its own thing. I wouldn't count them as actual Leader Class figures, but more like a new size class of similar scale to the Leader class (like Battle Ops Bumblebee was). Not to mention how they're priced at $29.99, which is lower than the Leader price.
