MP TC looks awesome in hand but i feel like its not as well put together as MP11. I don't know something about it feels worst... still awesome and glad to have him.

Any chance you could take a quick pic of them side by side? Still waiting for mp-11 to come in and was looking for a pic of these 2 together

will do soon... not at home at the moment.

also i notice that you cant put him on the display stand in jet mode. It wont fit...

I noticed that too. Does anyone who has the figure know if the crotch piece, where the cockpit slides into, has been fixed into place? I can't get it to fold in or out and the instructions are crap since they're for the old mold.

Agreed.
Just opened my TC today and compared with mp11, obviously the cheaper price comes with the cheaper quality.
Here are things I found in TC so far:
1. Parts fall off easily: tail fin, null ray, even the whole wing falls off once.
2. Jet mode, there's little gap in the pilot area, and on the connection of backbone with body.
3. Something is a little weird about legs joints and connection to body, joints seem to twist a little bit when shorten legs into jet mode, then create some gap.
Mp11 does not have any of above issues. Mp11 jet mode is very neat and no gap at all anywhere.

Found pics of MP-11 and Hasbro Thundercracker side by side here if anyone is interested: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transform ... ew-23.html

Interesting about the difference in quality of construction of each figure. I'll be getting MP-11 on Wednesday, I'm curious to see what you guys are noticing. I only have the Hasbro version of MP-03 to compare to, and Thundercracker feels much better than mp-03, the plastic doesn't feel as flimsy.

For those that live in NYC and is still looking for this, the Toys R Us in Time Square have them in stock. When I left there tonight they still have about 5 of them on the shelves. And they seem to be running some kind of deal/discount because mine only came to about $64.00 after tax. Good luck!

Interesting to know. I saw one at the store and from the observation, I thought the plastic canopy looks cheap. I didn't purchase right away due to the wife was there also, lol.

I hear ya!
I guess wife is the common 'obstacle' for collectors? Haha. I bought some figures behind my wife too. But this time, to my surprise, my wife was supportive when I told her, and we actually went buy this TC together. Of course, I bought her some nice things the day before, haha.

Oh btw, don't be discouraged by my post. TC is still an amazing figure, and looks wonderful besides mp11! Also I might be totally wrong about issues I said about TC, or it might only apply to the one that i own.
So go get it when you can.

Checked today. They had the price sticker on the shelf, but they were still in the back. They only got 4 in.......weird......... Once again, the associate was real helpful and went in the back and got me one.....nice.....Now bring on the Prime!

Nice. Which state are you in? I'm in Florida...still nothing here at least around Palm Beach/Miami area.

I'm in Mississippi. Florida, huh? They had the Celebration event in Orlando this year.... hate that I missed out on that.

I didn't miss out on that. 8) And 2 days later found MP TC!!! I'm in hog heaven!! Hate to tell you this, but CVI was really awesome!!

Was lookin up what I paid for MP Rodimus last year and it was $60. Too bad MP TC wasn't that price

A lot of my buddies went. They said they had a blast. One did pick me up the Stormtrooper break room print. Gotta go get it framed......

Figured the MP line would go up a little. I am surprised to see that Prime will only be 100 bucks, though. Can't wait for that one.....

headsortails, I'm glad your buddy was able to bring you something back. I've never seen this piece - do u have a link/picture for it? Love to see it.

To those comparing the difference between US MP TC and MP-11, since the mold has now been used twice (probably 3x with Sunstorm), isn't it natural to have some degradation?? (<-- i hate using that word, as i know this mold is superior to the OG seeker mold)

I have both Thundercracker and MP-11 and on my copy of the figures there is nothing different other than paint and accessories. Same plastic quality and the only thing that pops off is the tail fins which it does on both.

It's interesting you would say that. AFAIK mold degradation stopped being an issue as the production molds are made differently now

So I just got my MP-11 Starscream, and compared to Thundercracker, the quality on MP-11 is horrible if you ask me.

My Thundercracker is perfect ....my MP-11 has an extremely loose head that just bobbles up and down, and a loose hip as well. Kinda sucks at $200

I fixed the head by wrapping tin foil around the ball-joint to make it thicker, and that fixed it.

The hip is not SO bad, but it definitely feels different compared to the other hip.

Looks like the stores in STL are getting multiple shipments. Picked up a second figure and there were a couple on the shelf.

Sucks I missed the online deal.

For the Pennsylvania/Maryland area - the Distribution Center has not received these yet, but did order like 1616 - or 404 cases of four. These have to service the PA/MD and possible VA area, so it will be interesting to see how they are broken up. I'm hoping next week but don't quote me on that.

So I was running errands and ended up stopping at a second TRU. They had one left so I snagged it in case someone here wasnt able to get one as I have no need for 3.

Not looking to make a profit, just cover cost and shipping. PM if you are interested and we can figure out. Not sure how much shipping would be, but cant imagine it being more than $12-15.
