Not much anyone can do. TRU keeps putting it up and taking it down. Seems like the only option is to routinely check their site and hope you hit it at the right moment.

I have always had good experiences with ordering from TRU as far as items arriving in good condition. My MP Thundercracker arrived in great shape and so have all the things I have ordered from them through the years. Its just getting the orders in and not getting them cancelled that is the tricky part ;)

Yeah I've heard a lot of bad things about ordering from TRU but anytime I do, it always shows up in great condition. I've never had a complaint with them (other than site availability haha).

TRU should do a rain check process so everyone submits their email and then when more are available they go down the list and give each person a chance. With current approach the people who constantly check the page get the toy.

Instead how about TRU just put these up on Ebay and cut out the scalper. ;)

At least they could put Prime's page back up and disable the pre-order link if they have to. Not having him on the site at all has got to be stressing a lot of folks out.

Start checking your credit cards, and Paypal accounts, I had my charge reversed. I sent them a email, hope to get an answer soon.

There's gonna be a lot of pissed off people if this is just the beginning.

TRU must have realized that they were offering a product that collectors wanted, at a price they were willing to pay, and that it was actually available for purchase, so they had to rectify the situation. 8-}

Just checked the site. Mt preorder is still up and it also says card will not be charged until item arrives. Go back and check on the website. Just have your order number handy. Hope this helps..
