They should have only put a temporary hold on the funds to make sure they were there, so the hold being released is no surprise. They charge you when the item ships so that's when it'll be fully deducted from your account. I wouldn't worry as long as you haven't heard about a cancelation and it's still listed in your account on their site, you should be good.

That's the thing, there was a temp hold for -109.95.
Then yesterday, it refunded me the 109.95, and now shows the paid balance at 0$.

whatever, as long as I get my MP Prime, otherwise I'll have my boot so far up TRU's ass it will be making leather bound MP Prime.

If I remember right, that's what their order form said they would do. I seem to recall them saying it would appear as if they charged your account but in reality they weren't and after a few days the supposed charge would vanish and not appear again until the item was shipped.

That might be what you noticed happen.

You nearly gave me a heart attack when I first saw the message though. Lol. I can rest a little more easily now. Haha.

alright so i go onto my toys r us account and check order status/tracking and it says no order has been made but i still having a pending transaction on my credit card what’s going on?

i called up and the customer service woman said everything’s fine nothing to worry about. The reason there is nothing in my order tracking is because there’s no tracking number and she said once it has shipped it should appear

how does TRU ship again? USPS? UPS? can't remember

UPS but then handed off to USPS for delivery, once it's in town, if I remember right. Last time I ordered from there, it was MP Grimlock though
