Being a Galvy lover, I took a trip to the Toys R Us to see if they still had the 3 pack left. And they did. So I'm on board for the add-on set now. I wouldn't pay ebay prices for the set, but I'll go retail. Hopefully they'll be a place to store the chest in alt. mode, but it's not a deal breaker.

I may regret it if there's no new cannon to give Galvy his signature look.

I just got WFC Megs the other day. Thats one nice toy, and I'd love to get my hands on the WFC box set, but alas, ebay only prices for me. Going to see if I can pick one up at a comic con I'm headed to next month. If this set turns out to be good (hoping for a new cannon at least) it'll make a nice looking Galvatron.

I found a picture of what I believe is Jin's WFC Galvatron custom, is this the right one...

Apart from a lick of paint and a head mod which looks like Generations Blurr, I cant see where X-Transbots are copying Jin's custom at all?

X-Transbots look to have created a totally new head and a chest add-on, where the original chest has just been slid down to form a larger crotch?

I got WFC Megs when he first came out and Cliffjumper to be my Classics Cliffjumper, so this set is pretty much just for the ability to turn WFC Megs into Galvatron. Hopfully the set lives up to the promo pic. Still, it's a great TF all on it's own. Also digging Prime (which I don't have any version of). Gotta admit, BB leaves a lot to be desired. Not a fan of his tall, lanky look.

I was shocked to see two more sets at the Toys R Us I live close to and yet another near my girlfriend's house. If I couldn't find them at retail price I don't think I would have ebought them.

only saw it once in TRU here, and didn't have the money then. still, we got MP Grimlock restocked many months after the initial wave of them vanished, so who knows, maybe UK TRUs will have some again one day. I've long since learned not to expect anything from Hasbro UK.

Lol they are different drift has bigger vents on the side of his face but the face it self does look like blurrs it's more kind looking were drift looks angry idk but I love how Jin makes a ton of money on his customs but I've seen people with way better work and no one bid on their stuff how did Jin get such a good rep

Transbot Production have updated their facebook page with new prototype images of their upcoming Galvatron conversion kit for Generatjion WFC Megatron, The Mighty Gal-ver-tron. In addition to the new head and chest plate the set will also feature a new cannon. Images mirrored below.

Can't wait to get this but the TRU 3 pack Meg's looks better with this kit he has more purple on him

I like this and will get it if I can.
