As we <a href="/news/view.php?id=12070">reported earlier</a>, Robert Orci has claimed that:
<i>Transformers is that the movie may suffer (unless of course you hate the first one so much that you feel our inattention is a bonus). It may be pushed back or a host of other thing may happen to it. For that we apologize truly. </i>
Yet a post from Lawson at <a href="http://www.shootfortheedit.com/forum/showpost.php?p=6200&postcount=3" target="_blank">Shootfortheedit.com</a> seems to disagree with Orci's statement:
<i>BTW, Bay just indicated to me that Transformers is still on schedule. The movie is still in heavy prep and "will be released JUNE 24th 2009."</i>
So what this means for Transformers 2 is still uncertain.
More information as it comes.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

What this means is that no one knows what this means at this point in time.
Hey, as long as part 2 of TFTM is as good (or better) as Back to the Future 2 was to its counterpart, I'll wait the extra time.

What did they expect, the world to stop, cause they did? Alot of venues are starting to say enough and return to their venues without them.

I dunno... I have a hard time trusting Nelson. He never struck me as a super-reliable source. Sure, he's right sometimes, but other times... I dunno.
The facts are against him. How can TF2 be "on track" if the script isn't finished, and the writers' strike has no end in sight?

I hope this is true....who knows...maybe Bay is writing his own script? This stuff practically writes itself anyway, and its not like its the hardest movie to write a script for either.
