The latest news coming out of the rumor mill is that Michael Bay is filming Transformers 3 in Guam. This is according to ComicBookMovie, as they seem to have an insider report from an airforce member stationed at Andersen AFB. This person says that..

We all know how much Michael Bay loves to use the military in his movies and Transformers 3 will be no different. But this time he is coming to Guam and Andersen AFB. I'm an Airman in the worlds greatest air, space and cyberspace force on Guam. I received an email stating that Dreamworks is looking for 20 airmen for Andersen to be extras.

Remember to take this with a grain of salt, as a rumor is a rumor. It is possible that Transformers 3 Filming Crew has travelled to Guam, as we have not heard much from Michael Bay recently. However we won't know the truth until Michael Bay decides to state anything. Till then..
