I found this after reading up on Windrazor on Transformers Wiki. The four hidden characters are Windrazor (who is a BOTCON repaint of Silverbolt), Tigatron (Normal), Ravage (How he was in the show), and TM2 Black Arachnia. i figured post it here for all to see.

Its in the N64 version too

I might play that game later..it was pretty decent
