That's awesome. Senior's work is so distinguishable from anyone else. The RI covers he has been doing for Regen1 are brilliant.

Auto Assembly indeed. Might have an extra one from Sprite, a fan who's almost a pro, or has the rep of one in any case. :P

Yeah, I love Casey's work. It's a shame he's not doing that much interior pages.

His cover work is still top notch though, so at least we have that.

Sprite? If you get the chance, shoot us a link through. I'd enjoy checking out his work.

Her work. ;)

I'm not sure I can find a public link, but here are some pieces she's done for commissions and herself.

Finally able to pick up volumes 2 and 3 of both ongoings. Also had MTMTE 4 available, but saving that for when RID comes out.

Weapon: Semi-Automatic Rifle
I went to TFcon yesterday and got so much good stuff.

First off, I got to meet James Roberts and he's such a sweet guy. I bought a script and comic from him. This actually the first physical issue of MTMTE I own. Of course he also signed them for me *squee!* (the comic is signed too but the pen he used was light and it blends in really well). Seriously people. If you get the chance, go see him in person and shower him with love. He deserves it.

I got two sketches from Alex Milne. So awesome!

This one I was not planning on getting, but when I saw some other sketches he did I knew I had to. Casey Coller drew this for me. He was busy but he still fit this in for me. Every time I look at it I grin so hard. That smile makes me melt. Casey is so nice and sweet. So glad I met him :D

I wish I could find my camera cord. I keep having to take pictures with my Iphone and it eats details and quality for breakfast :BANG_HEAD:

Those are amazing! :D

Well done on surviving a con. :P

EDIT: I was looking at the sketches again, and I can't stop thinking about the enormous difference between Coller and Milne. Coller has a clean, simple style that works amazingly with emotions from the character, while Milne clearly does the same job, but through detail and light/shade.

Really impressed, and really looking forward to getting my dirty, inky hands on my own sketches from them.
(For which I really must thank sabrigami, too.)

The last one before AA! I cannot for the life of me remember the artist's name.
He was an indipendent artist at ThoughtBubble 2010, and I can't track him down at all.

So Va'al what did you get Coller to sketch?

Something very cool turned up in the mail today :D

drift2resize.jpg

As usual, it's an awesome package. The signatures (Mcarthy, Milne and Huthchinson) the casing and the art are all fantastic. There's not a lot of extra content with this one, apart from some concept sketches ( as those who have the normal tpb will know) but it's still a nice addition to my black label collection.

I know that Trevor Huthcinson supplied some art for the cover of this IDW limited book, but I was left wondering why Guido Guidi or Casey Coller didnt sign instead :-? Coller did the interiors on the Spotlight thats included and Guidi supplied all the B covers for the mini series. Anyways, heres my new addittion  and seeing that my sketch is based off the Drift toy (from the final page of issue 4) I thought I'd include him also.

Nice addition, man! :APPLAUSE:

I could never justify spending that amount of money on a single book, but I have better access to original art on multiple occasions. So I'm sure I'm spending it anyway. :P

Cool Milne sketch with it, too.

Cheers Va'al. You know, this was the only black label that I considered passing up due to its small size. Only 5 issues with covers and some concepts. But the short production run, coupled with Alex Milne's work made it a must buy for me and I'm really pleased with it. :D

Managed to pick up the blank comic at Botcon and got JP to sign it.
Week after when I got back to the UK and realised the Furman and Wildman were going to be at a UK con so took it along for a scetch/signing. Didn't realise until I was there that Baskerville was also there!

Asked very nicely and got Wildman to pencil it and Baskerville to ink it!

Very lucky if I do say so myself. Thought Id share it with you(and Inferno was my first TF along with Skywarp).

Hopefully I can JP to colour it for my digitally soon.

And is that Ramondelli? Or Matere?
The paper shouldn't be a problem, as he scans the image then colours it digitally.
