(Also, who the heck writes these things? They're nigh-unreadable, especially with all the random CAPITALIZED NOUNS. Since when is Rattbat Arcee's "great-nephew"? How could a Transformer even have a great-nephew?

Optimus was trying to make some toaster strudle, and Hot Rod in the way and tripped Prime, causing him to fall and jam his fingers in the toaster and die. COZ AUTOBOTS ARE WEAK!!!

5. Megatron (SO sick of Beast Wars characters winning. I like BW Megs, but let some other guys have a chance!)

He is one of the least liked characters in the TF universe, it isn't that funny a joke.

Also, who the heck writes these things? They're nigh-unreadable, especially with all the random CAPITALIZED NOUNS.

Hasbro writes them, and if you've ever bought a toy and read the bio, they have CAPITALIZED NOUNS through them.

It is Rattrap, not Rattbat (Unless you're referring to Ratbat the cassette) and he has been since the episode "Transmutate", where he demanded to know what was going on in the name of his great-aunt Arcee, after being buried under a rockslide cuased by a overloaded stasis-pod

As I am not familier with the comic contunuity, I would not know.

However if they're refrencing the Hate Plague incident, when Rodimus got infected and (Along with almost every other lifeform) went on a rampage, Optimus was unable to convince him to hand over the matrix to cure everyone and had to take it by force

Damn it! I have been pushing Swindle every year and you guys had to make him this years Erector! He actually deserves to be in the hall of fame, unlike Wheeljack or Arcee. I'd think Hot Rod would have been an auto-inductee though. My vote's going to Sky-Byte.

I'll vote for G1 Wheelie before I ever consider Sky-Byte. Seriously, who the slag even added that guy to the list???

Okay, looking at Arcee's bio, it's clear that Hasbro simply doesn't care anymore. They make no attempts to have her bio make any lick of sense, and so they just did whatever they wanted and made her bio one big clustermuck of nonsense.

Wheeljack's and Rodimus' bios aren't as bad, but they're borderlining.

Megs and Sky-Byte at least were given decency in their bios, but they put the wrong Sky-Byte in the pic. That bio is clearly about RiD Sky-byte, while pictured is Wings Universe (G1) Sky-Byte, who never underwent any of the events described in that bio.

I'm not pushing for him (as much as I am for Megs), but I will explain it. First off, it's no joke. Of all the characters to appear in the Robots in Disguise cartoon, Sky-byte became a fan favorite. He was a very likeable character, as he was hilarious and had a charming personality. He's another comic relief character like Waspinator, except with a little more of his head screwed on right. And thus, those who took a liking to him voted for him.

Um, EVERY single English-language Transformers bio has been written like that since 1984. They ALWAYS capitalize the important copyrighted/trademarked names and terms to show that they own them. It's what they do and have done for the past 25+ years.

Look again. it said "Rattrap", not "Ratbat".

In the Transmutate episode of Beast Wars, Rattrap exclaimed, "What in the name of my Great Aunt Arcee is going on here?!" It was meant to be just an in-joke to the fact that Susan Blu voiced Transmutate, but then a Fun Pub comic that took place post-Beast Machines had Botcon 2001 Arcee and BM Rattrap run into each other and have an awkward moment, as another joke reference to that line of his from before. Here, though, it's... not a joke.

It sounds like its for hotrod but just barely and since this is Rodimus(look at the picture) and not HotRod wheres the fact that he took down unicron, united cybertron, and kicked Galvatron ass? Damn you hasbro, start getting people who know the franchise to do this kind of stuff. None the less i am glad to see HotRod get some recognition and hope he wins. And im auprised Skybite got in, i was going to list him but we already got Waspinator and we dont need another comic relief character right now. Arcees probably going to win but im pulling for HotRod/Rodimus, surprising i know.

Hello? They lost the name "Hot Rod" years ago. That's why they call him "Rodimus" now. This isn't "Rodimus Prime", it's "Rodimus".

"Hot Rod" = "Rodimus"

"Rodimus Prime" = "Rodimus Prime"

Plus, it's not like they don't bruingup the guy's Prime form in the bio. But they modeled the bio after his Hot Rod self. They just don't own that name anymore and so cannot use it. That's why they used "Rodimus" without the "Prime" part.

Call me paranoid, but I kinda wonder if FunPub didn't have a little hand in Sky-Byte making it in, as he's one of the uber-fringe characters they have worked into their fiction.

Could also explain why Swindle DIDN'T make it...

I'll have you guys know I'm pretty fond of him myself, and I know several others who are too. I wasn't aware the other sites voted him enough to get him in though. How many votes did he have on seib.com? like 5? :/ o well, he's in for the running now. I'll probably still go Megs, but had I known there was a movement for sky-byte I might have joined in for that. Maybe I'll alternate voting for these two.... hmmm.

As for the others, especially not enthused about them thanks to the bios. Me no likey this "all one continuity" idea. X(

Rodimus would probably be my #3 though. I'm not fond of him as prime, but I love Hot Rod.

Yes, Rodimus gets in! Sky-byte? Really? WJ is okay, and Arcce's bio didn't make any sense at all . BW Megs is alright . But I will go 4 Rodimus all the way. He destroyed Unicron, mopped the floor with Galvatron, and reunited Cybertron. All in one day. It don't get much better than that.

OK G1 FANS LISTEN UP!!! As I see it now this will probably end up with Wheeljack and Rodimus splitting the vote we HAVE to pick one to get behind or another BW character will sneak in. I Rodimus should go in since he was a Prime but I'll go however you want. Just don't tell Beast Wars fans what's going on.

I think G1 fans have too much integritiy to comprimise the choice they truely believe in simply for the sake of competing in the HOF. But if I really had to choose someone beside Arcee, I choose Wheeljack.
And Rodimus got to do all that crazy stuff simply because the Matrix chose him. He might have fought through a long journey, but he didn't win anything solely on his own power. He had help. JUST SAYING.

He did look badass fighting the sharkticons tho.
