You actually got your rewards? That's strange, I got an email from dena last week saying the event would be starting up again in a day or 2. I was in the Top 100

That sucks about the max level trans scan issue. I am in the process of getting a maxed alt mode of thundercracker and was plannin on trans scanning it with the max robot mode. The lack of official forums to report this nonsense is infuriating.

Ok, so I figured out the Trans-scan issue. If they are max level you have to remove them from any team they are on and them scan them. Lame bug but a quick fix until they sort it out. Hope this helps people. Your so right about the lack of forums for this game. Really sad from Dena and monster, they have been really good with regards to the other games of theirs I play.

Yep, here are my screenshots

I got the message saying it was down and would start later. Then on 12/28 was awarded these, I know because of my screen shot dates, my friend who was also ranked got his rewards as well. Looking forward to the campaign starting again.

I'm going to assume it was the 22nd? Im pretty sure thats when the game was shut down. I only got that far because I played at like 3-4am for 3-4 hours while being a passenger on my trip back home for the holidays. There was no lag at that time, when I finally got home, at 10 that night it started to get slow, I kinda forget if it was shut down on the 22nd, or 23rd. I took those screenshots because I didn't know if it was an error or what.

Im so ready for the campaign, hope it starts soon.

Thanks for writing in! The Harvest of the Insecticon event in Transformers: Legends had to be paused due to technical issues with its server. The event should be resumed in 1 or 2 days. If for some reason the maintenance takes longer, you will be notified in game of how we are going to proceed.

I understand the loss of event rewards can be quite frustrating. We really do appreciate your patience, and the Transformers team has assured us that players will be taken care of once they sort these issues out.

Yeah very strange indeed, I'm kinda hoping the same thing, I was stock piling mine as well lol
