Mine weren't showing up on my iPhone in inventory. They were showing up on my Android tablet when I checked there and I could upgrade with them there. I need to check and see if I need to download an update to my phone though as the tablet auto-updates and my phone doesn't. The Droid version definitely had some changes made to it.

I went to app store on my ipad and checked updates and there it was.
I hadnt thought about it bc the game had been rebooting/updating all day while I was playing, perhaps bc i hadnt done the main update.

This game is becoming like any other game of mobage but at least if you spend money they guaranted you event card not like other games also they took the opportunity to get a event card for free via killing event points. :-( thats pretty sad.

Sell level 2 cards enough to start earning enough to mtm your full deck. Keep your weapon medals as you will need those down the road. You want to be at a deck strength that will allow you to 1 cube the first wave of bosses up to a level 5.

Am I missing something with the transmetal? They seem to be a little more efficient way of leveling your cards. But seeing as how you get so few of them, at least initially, I'd say their end results are underwhelming.

I needed 3 of them to get a card from level 62 to 63. Which, I understand, is better than using regular character fodder. But when you ultimately have to level a single card 3 times for MTM and you get so few transmetals, you are still going to be using level fodder 99% of the time anyway. The impact of transmetal on the game seems so insignificant to me right now that I'm not sure why they even bothered wasting the time programming it into the game. Any insight here from others about what I am overlooking?

They rock for weapon upgrades. The game will show you the max amount needed to max out a weapon so you don't overspend. 10 tm were taking weapons from 1 - 10. Obviously they need more to max em at the end.

Ok, I decided to wait about a day before I passed harsh judgement.

Well, its about a day.

They have totally de-emphasized all R1 and R2 cards and put an incredible emphasis on credits (meaning you need a TON of credits to upgrade anything using R-2s), which contradicts what they were doing prior to this episode. It was like, "Ok, now that we did the 2x on experience and credits and everyone stocked up on medals and credits... we'll now go ahead and make those medals completely useless and go a different way.

I dont appreciate the huge changes with no warning.

I HATE THAT THERE IS NO DIRECT FORUM FOR US TO TELL THEM HOW WE FEEL, WHAT WE LIKE, AND WHAT WE DONT LIKE.

There needs to be a dedicated site where people from Mobage can hear what we have to say and I'm not talking about the feedback page on the game itself.

I have cashed about 1000 episode gold and silver medals AT LEAST and have not hit an episode R4. I bought one and made the mistake of buying the weapon.

DO NOT BUY A WEAPON THIS EPISODE. They are weaker than R3 weapons. Save the buck.

Also, what a joke that they are using R3 Shockwaves as prizes... are you kidding me? I've used dozens of those to upgrade my R4s and I ALREADY have an MTM R3 Shock with a Level 7 weapon. Thanks for nothing.

Lastly, the prize distribution is a complete joke. You need to hit top 100 or top 1000. Once I secure top 1000 I wont even attempt to waste anything else.

And you are you kidding me that you're going to give me half a set as a prize? You're going to give me the Episode Robot as a prize but not the Episode Alt mode card? How the Hell am I ever going to get the Episode Alt mode if I dont get it as a prize now???

Its ridiculous.

The changes suck. Its official. Hopefully they come to their senses. Luckily it seems like people arent playing that hard because I've barely paid attention to it and I'm in the upper 600s and really no one has a ridiculous score like usual.

I'm hoping Mobage realizes these changes are terrible and come to their senses, go back to what we had, and just improve what we were complaining about.

OK,

I think the x2 might be back on. Before I was leveling up guys with 20 cards and getting nowhere for huge credits, now it seems like I'm getting more for my buck so to speak as the new bosses came out so I decided to bring in a Chromia to add to Elita-1.

I was doing about 11.5 million to them with one cube before juicing up Chromia and my weapons.

If they go back to the 2x during events and straighten up the prizes I'll be much happier.

Yeah I said this a couple pages back. Their endless tinkering with the rules of the game without any warning before or any explanation after about how things work now is beyond annoying and frustrating.

Unfortunately, this is a huge mistake on your part. There's no better way to show your disapproval of their handling of the game than to not give them a dime. I understand its only a dollar but that isn't the point.

The point is: you were already on the fence about not liking the direction this episode was going anyway. Yet you still gave them your money. Now why should they listen to your complaints if you are going to reward them for their sub-standard product with your money regardless?

Believe me, they are aware of the complaints. The Mobage facebook page and the TFL feedback site are littered with many common complaints. But they have little reason to care about what the people don't like about the game if the people continue to stuff their piggy banks with cash.

Much like the 3rd party toy market, Mobage has clearly displayed that are going to try and milk this game and its consumers for every dime. Its one thing to complain in an open forum buts it entirely another to slam your wallet closed.

I haven't even spent the free coins that they give away because I don't even want to give the illusion that I support whats happening with this episode. Remember to speak with your wallets first, folks. Its the only thing that will matter to Mobage and the developers of this game.

Did they turn on extra exp today? I just had a Chromia fly through 65 levels a lot faster than Elita One did last night.

I've been battling Twinstrike lvl 1 and 2 for the last 8 hours.

So my strategy has changed to sniping only. I can do 15mil damage to twinstrike lvl 2 so I'm getting last hit and mvp a lot. MVP bonus has gone up from 20% to 50% more XP.

I climbed from 4500 to 1200 in the last 2 hours just sniping what comes along. I may actually get to have a twinstrike.

I'm at lvl 77, a majority of my cyberdex has been discovered and I only have about 6700 deck power. I'm seeing people out there with pure maxed out episode level 4x that are absolutely laying down massive damage at around level 26. Where I can get 2-3.5 million I am seeing people put down 10. If I try to snipe I am almost always too late or just leave 100-400k for somebody.

What could I possibly be doing wrong? I have yet to spend real world money on this game.

Without speaking for Monuo directly, I will say that less money has been spent than you think. Most of us have been playing since launch or shortly after. I'm level 150 and my deck power is over 9000. I know Monuo is higher than me. You play long enough and you eventually earn rare cards that will do a lot of damage.

As for the level 26 guys doing a lot of damage, yeah some of them have probably spent some money. But once you earn the good cards from an episode, it kind of snowballs and you start earning good cards in all of them. You throw 20 bucks down on one episode and get some good cards and you're set for a while.

There probably isn't much that you're doing wrong. Just have a really good idea of how much damage your deck can do with one cube on a specific boss. Conserve cubes as much as possible. Only put cubes on bosses that you know that you can get the finishing blow so that you get your cube back. Gaining points without spending cubes in the first 4 days of the episode is usually the key.

Points are low on the first three bosses and low levels of the 4th boss. So you don't want to be wasting cubes on low point bosses. Know how much damage your deck does so that you do not waste cubes. The more cubes that you have in the last two days, the better off you are. The more cubes you have at the end, the more high point bosses you can throw in on. The more high point bosses you throw in on, the higher you finish.

Regardless of your level or deck power, cube management at the beginning of the episode will make or break you at the end of it.

Hehehe, sorry.

I've been playing since the start (pretty much all I could do when I was in the hospital for a bit). Granted I didn't play 24/7 like it looks like some of you have been doing, but thanks for the pointers. I think my problem is that I've gone into the game late a few times and basically have been only able to get my battle cubes to a high of 26. I'm rolling around 12 right now and usually by the time the 2100s come out I invest, but it seems like I back losers as most of them have escaped in the last set (Flamewar set).

Sitting on 900 ec's and 350 bc's around rank 250. Think ill put the phone away until the last few days to ensure top 1000. Meh.

You throw 20 bucks down on one episode and get some good cards and you're set for a while.


No offense taken.

Total of my own actual money, $40, but I have had about 500 coins for free by playing other games.

I did poorly in the insecticon episode, I only won a kickback and used all my cubes. By the dinobot campaign, I had a bunch of MTM R3 cards like OP, Grimmy, Megs, and Starscream. I thought I was going to do great but it wasn't so hot. Nostalgia for wanting the snarl card (favorite dinobot) pushed me to purchase $20 of coins, which I used on dirge and weapon and some cubes and won a total of 3 complete dirges from spacebridge. I wanted that R4 card really bad and I was convinced from watching all the other guys with shrapnels and hardshells that this would snowball and lead to better cards.

I went into the seeker episode with snarl and a bunch of R3 MTM cards, all weapons lvl 6 or higher but no cubes or explore energy refills. I spent another $20 to buy cliffjumper and weapon, the discounted cubes, and some energon. I won 2 complete skywarps, 1 skywarp weapon, and all the stuff below that.

I went into the fembot episode with snarl and skywarps MTM, my dirges and cliffjumper MTM, and a few other R3 MTM. All weapons lvl 6 or higher. I won a complete elita 1 and weapon, plus all else below, which was 2 chromia with weapons.

when the episode started and I found that we weren't getting double xp, I MTMed elita and chromia's and purchased divebomb, then purchased the second that guaranteed and episode card plus another r3 for $3, then bought his sword, which Im not using because flamewars bow is much better.

below is a picture of my team (hopefully it shows up properly, never posted a pic before), all MTM, all weapons are lvl 10 or higher. Skywarps, elita's and chromias weapons are maxed. Then I've got flamewars, thrusts, slipstreams, and snarls.

If I could redo it, I wouldn't have spent money because I could get here again, it just takes proper management of cubes, and a little patience.

But its spent and I'm happy with my teams performance thus far. Now its just win high in an episode and hopefully get 1 card that will make the team. Its sad that cards may get replaced quickly though.
