In terms of the piece itself, it's basically Huffer looking out at the Earth itself, presumably for the last time(even though he never left Earth in any continuity that I know of, but meh). Huffer being Huffer, he's saying good riddance to our dirty little planet, not caring if he ever comes back(at least, that's my take).

In a larger sense though, accoring to comments on devaintart, is the last Mosaic. The project has come to an end, and they're going out on a laugh as opposed to a bang or a whimper. It's not what I expected and my reaction certainly isnt' good riddance, but it's a fitting end.

At least we got one more Thundercracke piece a few weeks ago before all was said and done :P .
