Transformers on Rollback at Wal-Mart

Saw someting interesting during my most recent failed attempt to find new Generations figurs at Wal-Mart...all of them are on Rollback right now for $9. Hopefully we'll get parents who'll think "Ooh, I can afford that for my kids. And look, it's Bumblebee and Optimus Prime, even though they look nothing like what they did in the movie", and start to buy up these shelfwarmers so we can finally get something beyond Wave 1 in stock everywhere.

I noticed this yesterday. This would be great if the price point stay through the next couple months, and we can get the next couple waves for less.

Seibertron.com members Hairball178 and It Is Him have reported that Wal-Mart has put the Transformers Generations toy-line on Rollback. This means that the price has been lowered to 9 US Dollars.
But not just the Generations line has been given this treatment, all current "main" lines seem to have been put on Rollback, like 2010 and Power Core Combiners. Just click here to see the entire Transformers Rollback offering.
It is currently not known for how long the lines are put on Rollback so you might want to act fast if you're still missing a few figures you want.

Saw this last night but neither walmart had anything i wanted. Same selection of generations they've had for months now. And in case no ones said it yet only the PCC 5 packs are on sale not the two packs.

I can also confirm that the two-packs are not discounted.

Also, I'm pretty sure Scouts are still a full $8.50, which is funny now that Deluxes are only $9.

I was amazed by the stock my local Walmart had last week though, they've never been ahead of TRU before.

Haven't had a great day today though. No one else here has either... :-(

So maybe tomorrow I'll go check.

The Wal-Mart in my location had a butt load of the Power Core combiners on roll back. I bought Double Clutch, but was disappointed with it. I can't keep the arms up. did anyone else get this one and have the same problem?

Yep, what he said. Same old stuff up here in the NE also.

I just wish Bludgeon was in stock. The toy didn't show up anywhere up here in Western NY.

Saw this today. There used to be a crap-ton of Voyager Longhauls at my local Wal-Mart, but today I only saw one. I wondered why so I checked the price and yeah $16.00. Too bad the Leaders aren't marked down.

Haven't yet had the chance to check the goods at my local walmart yet. If cash allows I might pick me up a Drift, or Elita-1, assuming of course that they are in stock.

I got Soundwave today for $9 and PCC Mudslinger for $15. Unfortunately Mudslinger's thigh was practically shattered, and crumbled when I tried to glue it together. I don't really like the figure anyway, but the drones are pretty cool so I'll live with it.

Got WFC Optimus Prime with the WFC sticker package variation. He's one of my favorite figures by far. Also, he was the only one worth buying there. Out of all of wave 1 deluxes...

I went to the Wal-Mart's in Charleston & Mattoon, IL earlier today and it looks like they're selling their Scouts for $7. Didn't see a Rollback sign, but this may be noteworthy.

I remember when our local walmarts or other walmarts has Classics line for $7.77 each!! man what a deal. But $9.00 is good and still cheaper than TRU and about a $1.00 cheaper than Target. I read a few weeks ago, that most of the retail stores will be very competitive on everything, including toys and remember seeing Walmarts CEO in that article, so im sure these prices will stay for awhile, or until after Christmas anyway.

I hope this sale lasts long enough for me to find a Cybertronian mode Megatron in the wild! Thus far, he has been highly elusive!

Well, score.

Stopped by the nearest Wal-Mart (zip 22015) today and they had one each of Darkmount, Cybertronian Megatron, and Cybertronian Soundwave on the rack. They don't anymore.

There were quite a few Red Alerts as well; though I went Henkei on this one so I'm skipping the Generations release. I really prefer red for Red Alert's head.

I was seriously considering holding out for these until more images of the United figures were available; but $9 each was too good to pass up. I'll resell them if the United versions end up being worth springing for.

Too bad this deal probably won't last until Blurr and Dirge show up.

Beast hunters price drop 12 bucks now?

when i went to walmart today i looked at the beast hunters and the prices were less than the generations. they were 12 bucks instead of 15 (not including tax). anyone else notice this?
