Finally opened my PRiD Vehicon that I luckily found a while back. Overall, a very fine toy especially the fantastic roof transformation. Anyway, I'm not here to review him. Even though already a fine toy, he still has rooms for improvement. Jin already showed us how to freely rotate the leg side panel. xyl360 also told us how to straighten the arms in the same thread. Here, I'm going to show how to improvement his knee movement.

Very easy, if you look at the back of his knees, see those 4 blue/purple panel things right below the knee joint? Cut the top off as much as you can as shown below.

Now you can see the left knee can bend at more angles than original.

From another side.

My only gripe about the figure was poor knee articulation but I did that mod to mine the day I got him. I removed almost all of the bars and now his knee bends to about 45°.

How much needs to come off? I feel like I'm cutting and cutting and not accomplishing anything. Currently the 3rd line in the black plastic of the back of his knee is just visible.

Then you need to cut more. You may end up touching the knee part then you are pretty close. Few scratches to the knee part at the bottom is okay, just slowly and carefully cut the top of the panel off. Better use this type of craft knife since the tip is thinner and sharper. If you use the regular one, better remove the tip when it is dull.
