Weapon: Dual Photon Launchers
I don't mind the firing projectiles, but the aesthetics of this Beast line is horrible to my eyes.

I've bought every single PRID mold (some twice to display in both modes) and 7 of the AMs, but it stops with these.

But seriously, sound like you just detailed my past two years, including the handful of AM figures... tapering off to canceling my orders for the line. Figuring I'll get ONE Prime and Bumblebee for Beast Hunters (like I did for the four year run of movie toys) and call it done.

As a side note... Nice glass display cases, my friend. Looks great.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I'm pretty much out on the Beast line. Like the larger version of Predaking, but I need to see more of him. Right now I'm putting my money toward the MP line instead.

I hope with a lot of adult collectors bailing, that Hasbro/Takara devotes some real thought to planning some adult collector toys, instead of just one Masterpiece figure every year or so. A line of original mold club exclusives or online store toy line aimed at high-end collectors would be very welcome.

Considering people are dropping $600 a pop for a good Devastator likeness, I know there's a market for it.

That said, does anyone know what an average "line" of Hasbro toys costs? Like a "standard" off the shelf set of movie toys, or animated, etc.? Wondering what it means having someone skip a line like Beast Hunters means in real money. Anyone feel like doing the adding to estimate it?

Or, more likely, Hasbro will ditch the fan market completely due to no more revenue.

2) BW II VS-18 Powerhug vs. Autocrusher

TBH, I don't know why people hate this guy. You'd think they'd be happy he doesn't follow the movie design that alot of people hated and that he's done away w/ the crappy powerizer gimmick. Hell, he's done away w/ mechtech completely.

I think he's pretty good. The more I look at him, the more I want him. However, I need a little bit more to have me completely sold. Specifically, I need to see a review of this guy and how he should be transformed. As a side factor, I'd like to see if this "upgrade" happens in the show and how they handle it.
