Still don't like it.

Not gonna buy it. [-(

But that's less because of the design itself and more because I don't care for how bulky his chest is, nor do I like the fish flaps on his arms.

I'd get it. Its to absurd not to get.
Also, Dark Star Shark Saber.

I do love quirky molds, so I'll pick this up if I see it hanging around discount stores, but I don't love it enough to pay full retail.

Well, that Megs sure look great and I'll buy it full price when it will come out.

I just wish it would have been something completely different instead of just a remold/repaint. That's just a slight "change of clothes" that Megatron did. Optimus Prime knew how to change his form for real, and for the better.

I guess that's what one could really call a.....swordfish.

That was terrible, even for me. This does look pretty darned cool though, but I doubt I'll pick it up-I'm determined to not let myself get into the full size Prime/BH figs, sticking with cyberverse and holding out for generations...

Agreed. Where's the moderators? That should warrant at least a warning... :HEADHURTS:

So, blueface Megatron...what color does he turn when you try to strangle him? :-B

I dig the beast face on his chest and the giant teath on the front of the alt mode.

Well this is still hot garbage and another persons garbage is another's treasure. The only thing that could have saved this was a different head sculpt and a much better weapon than this crap.

Still he would go good with a few Botcon Sharkticons around him as they all hail to....Lord Megalodon...'nuff said! :VEHI:

That is seriously cool. Something tells me he'd make an excellent base for the leader of a set of custom Seacons.

Man, so many repurposable options for this remold. Shokaract, Snaptrap, Turtler, Piranacon, King Poseidon, Rampage, Depth Charge, Sky-Byte, Halfshell, God Neptune, Gnaw, Skalor, Gulf, Coelagon...

He could be the next Classics Seeker mold. :P

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned yet that his face isn't poking out anymore.
He's broken the trend of poking out faces for non Earth mode Megatrons that started with movie 1 Megs

Big deal. It's a beast-like vehicle. It can have a beast-like head for aesthetic purposes.

Besides, who says that it actually "is" a head? It could instead just be the front of his ship mode designed to "look like" a head for, again, aesthetic purposes. ;)

I meant it as in Megs took the upper half of a Sharkticon head and welded it to his upper torso/fore section.

And again, it's meant to just "look cool" and look "beastly". Nothing to fret over.

Shame he looks more like Seawing than Nautilator, it would've fit the joke better.

EDIT: What's particularly amusing is the pure epic fanwankery this remold presents me with. To explain: in my collection/fanfic, the initial blue 2007 Bayformer Megs serves as Cryotek, mutated by near-fatal injury from Megs and millions of years soaking in angolmois/Nucleon (undecided yet) into a sparkeater (originally a sparkDRINKer, after the name to Cybertron Metroplex's weapon, but MTMTE compelled me to rename it), with PRID Megs representing him pre-mutation.

And now, we have a blue-faced, carnivorous version of the PRID mould.

It's...it's almost beautiful in its symmetry.

Very interesting indeed. Not as bland as the original version.
