Yikes, those arms on Airachnid are pretty bad... I'll still get her because I like the character and vehicle mode, but dang, could be a lot better.

At least she not as bad as animated wasp that was the last retail figure I bought for the line I hated it. But ya arachnid is pretty bad hopefully she is better once you get her in hand but I doubt it. I don't understand hasbro it's like hit or miss with them some figures are amazing and other just crap

This thread is about the three soon to be released toys, not about how your mind organizes and categorizes subjects.

Same here he looks great I will be getting him for sure, Whelljack has a cool mould

Oh I do like him, but I don't like the same mold twice on my shelf.
It's why I have Banzai-Tron and not Bludgeon (that, and the fact that it was easier to get the former in the UK), for example.

You know, Dead End is really growing on me.
May have to ditch Wheeljack and buy him instead, if he ever shows up in the UK.

That Dead End is awful looking and I like the G2/late G1 neo but that is one of the most awful colour schemes I've seen in 26 years of collecting.

I still think Knock Out should have been called Dead End. Both are vain red sports cars that hang around with a guy called Breakdown. Dead End would have been a nice name for a Con medic.

Ah well, my dislike for a lot of the stylised modern TF aesthetics is saving me a lot of money. But if you guys like them, good for you.

I could take the arms fine, it's the giant hunk of helicopter top that remains untransformed on her back that gets me :/

Dead End wasn't vain, he was a nihilist, believing life is pointless since death is inevitable. Someone like that would be a terrible medic, since they wouldn't bother trying to heal and would rather put their patients out of their misery by ending their lives right then and there.

I have to say, of all the vehicle modes in the show, I figured that Airachnid was going to be the mostdifficult to pull off well simply because the mass of the vehicle is not all that significant. If I'm not too far off, the alt mode is supposed to be a Comanche, which is a very sleek and slender copter. With volume as small as the alt mode is, I guess I can live with the results. The pictures are not all that flattering either. I'll wait for in hand, but I'm probably going to get it.

I think my opinions are mostly the same, probably a little more negative. I've said this sooo many times lolz, but i don't get tired of it: I expected it to be awesome and to work in all 3 modes. What we got is acceptable, but i really would have dug it a lot if they had done it with all 3
