This is great news! We'll finally learn if all of the beastly upgrades will happen to the 'Bots and 'Cons in the show.

My only issue is that I believe Season 3 will air before the final issue of Rage of the Dinobots is released and this miniseries was supposed to lead directly into Season 3. I could have the wrong date, but I thought issue 3 is being released on 1/30 and issue 4 is being released on 2/20. That is 5 days after the Season 3 premier. Did anybody else notice that? Or do I just have the wrong dates?

Either way I'm excited about the tie in with the comics and the Season 3 Beast Hunters premier on 2/15!

I'm excited. I can't wait to see what's going to happen. It's a shame this is only a half-season.

We just received word that February 15th's "Lost and Found", which was believed to be the first episode in Transformers Prime Season 3 "Beast Hunters", isn't a Transformers Prime episode at all. In reality it's a rerun of the Transformers Animated episode "Lost and Found", which was mistakenly labeled as a Transformers Prime episode in Zap2it's episode guide. Sorry folks, back to square one. See the message we received from a Zap2it PR rep:

Some kind of mistake has been made in which the Zap2It Transformers Prime episode guide has attributed an old episode of Transformers Animated (“Lost and Found”) airing on 2/15 as being a new episode of Transformers Prime. It is incorrect. This is being revised.
