Courtesy of Zap2it we have the title and description for Transformers Prime season 2 episode 25, "Regeneration". This episode is scheduled to air on October 26th, see the brief synopsis below.

S02, E25 (First Aired: October 26, 2012)
The quest for the Omega Lock takes the Autobots and the Decepticons to Cyberton for a battle.

The title "Regeneration" and its description says something to me; perhaps the rebooting of Cybertron is coming?

Wasn't he killed off in events between WFC and FOC?

He was in stasis. He was captured, tried to open a space bridge, wasn't ready, and the last we heard of him was he was getting repaired in WFC. In FoC, Perceptor said that he fell back into stasis lock. He's not dead.

Hmm, which leads me to think that the Omega Lock could bring Omega out of it? If they go full blown Cybertron with this Omega Lock, I'm going to raig.

That's Prime. Not the whole Aligned continuity (although it seems to remain true. We haven't really had a lot of important deaths outside of Prime).

Considering we only have 1 episode left that is unknown as far as name and plot goes, this could be (and most likely is) part of the Season finale.

To be fair, in FOC you can find his severed head if you look hard enough.
