Wow, those graphics look bad even by Dreamcast standards. I know that the Wii and the 3DS aren't the most powerful systems, but they can do a heck of a lot better than that. I just get the feeling they aren't really putting that much effort into this.

Welker sounds like he's trying for G1 again. And Nintendo only? No PC means not for me. I'll wait and see how TFO turns out

It looks enjoyable, but it would be nice if there was an Xbox/PlayStation release with multiplayer. I know we got FOC, but to me, if given slightly better graphics, could look be stellar gameplay. So sadly, it's going to have to be a pass for me.

Umm, the first voice we hear is obviously Rafael but that sounds like another actor doing an impression of Andy Pessoa. Also, my does Megatron sound different? I am not talking voice I'm talking how he talks. It is much more grainy and spiteful than the voice heard in the show.

I am very weary when a game only showcases the in game movies. I will need to see some in game footage before I decide if it looks good enough to get.

"One shall stand, and one shall fall!"
They need to stop saying that and not kill off the other party.

Anyhoo. This game looks mediocre. I love the Wii, but this is not convincing me that it's going to be a worthwhile game. So-so models, Take One recordings, no gameplay footage, please try again.

I'm actually looking forward to this game simply because of the models. I'm gonna have fun ripping them and making my own TF Prime battle scenes. Will have to be the wii version of course for that to happen.

Yeah, it's a totally mediocre game. There isn't even any gameplay! And it's only a minute long!

Wait...that's a trailer...a trailer for a game on 3DS. That actually looks really amazing for a handheld. I have no idea why people are ripping on the graphics; does everyone really expect handhelds to perform at the same level as consoles?

This game is for Wii, DS, and 3DS. These seem like "average" graphics for Wii. I played the ROTF Wii game (in case nobody was wondering, it sucks major ass, don't bother checking it out) and the graphics are about the same quality as that. I will readily concede that this is a one minute trailer and doesn't show us much, though, but I'm going to stay reserved about this game.

I'll concede that as far as the Wii goes, yeah, I've seen better graphics. But if that's the 3DS build, then I have an all new respect for the system's graphical power.

But seriously, all of the new reports I've seen about the game is full of comments of people crapping all over it, and they haven't even seen the game proper yet. Unless everyone else in the world has clairvoyance except for me, it just seems ridiculous.

I think it's a lot of things rolled together. Transformers games tend not to be good. When they ARE good, the Nintendo versions wind up being not very good because they're different games. Lots of people (foolishly) hate the Wii and Nintendo products just on principle. So it's already not looking good from the adult fanbase's perspective. The first trailer we got was just a bunch of stills using stock images of the characters, which didn't encourage anybody that this would be a good game worth checking out. Now this trailer comes around, and it doesn't show us any in-game footage we don't think, just cutscenes, and it's coming out in December, if I remember right. We've been spoiled by the wealth of Fall of Cybertron information, and this is very much the opposite. What little we've seen hasn't been very encouraging, so when you add it all up, you get "THIS GAME'S GONNA SUCK LOOK AT THOSE AWFUL GRAPHICS" etc. It's unfair, but that's the way of things.

We've gotten more info from Fall of Cybertron because it was announced last year. Prime was announced last month. This is how most games do it. A teaser, then a cinematic trailer, then a few gameplay trailers.

We've seen nothing. There's been literally nothing that, in a reasonable society, should elicit this much hate over a game. The fact that graphics alone are influencing people so much is really sad. I remember the days when people would base their opinions of games on, you know, the gameplay.

Here here! A game can get a crappy rating, due to graphics, enviroment, story, and so on. But if the gameplay is good, and fun, and responsive and smooth, then the game can be good regardless of all those other faults. How much flak is the new DMC getting for its style and presentation? And MGS Rising, in the same way? Weve seen gameplay for both of these games, and people are STILL throwing hate around
But I think this shows potential. The 3DS can handle some pretty advanced graphics. OOT 3D is a good example.

I feel like they made this game only because Fall of Cybertron isn't coming out for the Wii. I will still play the game but I wouldn't mind seeing a Transformers Prime game for the Xbox 360 / PS3.
