With all the excitement surrounding the upcoming release of Transformers: Fall of Cybertron some may have forgotten that Transformers Prime also has a game coming out later this year. Transformers Prime: The Game will be a brawler style game for the various Nintendo platforms slated for release this holiday season. The official Transformers facebook page has posted a screenshot from the game, and it looks like we can expect more news and teasers on "Transformes Prime Tuesdays" from here on out. Check out the screenshot below.

We're celebrating the upcoming release of the new Transformers Prime video game coming this fall from Activision with Transformers Prime Tuesdays. Check out this screenshot from the game!

lol It just seems that every time something about this game is mentioned, there's always some complaint about the game's Nintendo system graphics not being up to par with the likes of WFC/FOC/etc.

Why shouldn't the graphics be mentioned? One of the things you first notice about the show is that it looks gorgeous. Pixelated prime bots make me sad.

Just seems like it's the only thing ever mentioned of this game, and always in negative light. :-|

I don't think they look bad. Sure, not as good as WFC/FOC, but still fairly decent.

Kind of wish TF Prime was just a game and WFC/FOC was the cartoon. I have a feeling it would have been cooler that way.

Indeed, they don't look that bad. I even like such graphics. It has some "retroish" touch, which looks kinda funny.

The only thing that really looks "bad" is the lack of anti-aliasing. And thats not surprising given the system, pretty much can't escape that for the most part.

I actually do like the graphics, but it seems like 'Bee's and Prime's waists seem very, very thin. Other than that, I like what I see.

Anyone who owns a Wii or DS is aware of the graphical limitations of the system. It should be expected the graphics won't match up to the show or to WFC/FOC. Complaining about it is futile. The only alternative is to not make the game. Personally, I'd rather have a game than no game, regardless of the graphics.

It's not always about the graphics! Graphics are good, yeah. BUT, gameplay can make the game. I mean, as an example, the game Prototype 2. VERY recent game, yet the graphics are mediocre at best. But the game is so much fun that you forgive it for not looking good. If this game turns out looking bad AND playing bad, then you can bash it, but since it's not out yet, I think your all just a bit quick to the trigger...
