Transformers The Movie to be Released Early in Australia!

Transformers The Movie to be Released Early in Australia!

Earlier, we reported <a href="/news/view.php?id=9660" target="_blank">here</a> that South Korea would see the upcoming Transformers movie released on the 28th of June. Well, now according to the <a href="http://www.greaterunion.com.au" target="_blank">Greater Union Cinemas</a> website, it will be released in Australia on Friday the 29th of June! 29th now .. told you that July 2 date was iffy. They never release movies on a Monday here.

Friday is a bit odd too. Could just be advanced screenings, but Greater Union are calling it the release date so... hurrah!

And yourmovies.com.au where I got the July 2 date from still has it as July 2. :-?

How reliable is that site? The rest of Greater Union's release dates seem pretty spot on.

If you want the movie the same time as Australia then just admit that you're NOT your own nation, but rather just another state/territory of Australia. :P

why even have a release date when you just release it early. shouldnt that become the real release date?
