I just got my Fortress Maximus from BBTS ran home on my lunch break to find it waiting on my porch. It was double taped but that just meant one more thing to cut to get this behemoth up onto my shelf. Now comes the tedious but rewarding task of stickers. Ah Fort Max tis a thing of beauty

Managed to pick up a WB003 for $90

Picked up the Takara version without the disk for $21 shipped.

That's cheaper than I got the Hasbro version for, but I'm glad I shelled out extra for the disk. He feels incomplete without it.

Went to Toys R Us today with a $10 off $50 or more coupon. No Blitwing or Springer, and there's not much else I'm looking for now, so I decided to keep collecting Rescue bots. I pricked up Deluxe Energize Prime and the Mobile Headquarters (the latter of which meaning I now have all the pre-Energize toys.)

The Mobile Headquarters has stickers that need to be applied, in case anyone cares.

Perhaps more importantly, Recue Bots toys use 5mm pegs like most Prime and Generations toys do... So basically anyone can borrow Prime's buzzsaw and go on a rampage.

Birthday coming up (May 12th if you must know), shopping around, Clearance Sales and willing to try anything new make a nasty combination

The V&D, a department store, is currently clearing out Kre-O with dropped prices up to 50% (pretty much like any other toy store nowadays), but with an added 3 for 2 promotion, how could I resist? Especially with my wife around. I couldn't decide between two for the third item, so she said get them both, totaling four sets:

Kre-O Bumblebee (smaller set)
Kre-O Optimus Prime (smaller set)
Kre-O Mirage
Kre-O Autobot Jazz

I loved Lego as a child, tried integrating my Transformer toys into the Lego world, I even tried building some of my own. This will be interesting.

Picked up a Takara exclusive Seawave micron. I know I didn't transform him correctly but I think he looks better this way.

Agreed! He looks MILES better this way! Elbows are NOT worth all that shoulder kibble. O_O; I had no idea how good this would look "mistransformed" like that.

Of course now I have to buy that one I've been wondering about on ebay.
