As for the Megatrons, I have WFC, I posted him in this thread a month ago or so in this lot I pictured. We both know where I could get an RID Megs for cheap (I probably will now) and all that will be left with be Energon Megs. Though I like having my Armada Megs be my Energon Optimus' arch nemesis since these are the only versions of the characters I have from that Japanese continuity.

What's Animated Leader Megatron like in hand? All the reviews are really old, and don't go into as much detail as they do nowadays.

You mean the leader?. He's great. Tight joints, a simple but fun transformation, great looking, and he's a great hommage to the G1 original. His only true fault is that it absolutly need the big cannon in copter mode because part of the hull is part of the detachable canon. Also, don't lode the swords because these are his propellers. If you are a Megs fan, you MUST own this figure.

However, avoid the voyager. He's bland as hell and his altmode is a big pile of nothing where you can know the difference between his front and rear in vehicle mode.

Today was a very good day, came home from a car boot sale with BW Depth Charge, Transmetals Waspinator, Beast Machines Air Drones (a pair), G1 Blot, G1 Overdrive? (it's the guy who replaced wildrider on the nwe Menasor, G1 Yellow constructicons and lastly, a complete, with box and instructions, RiD Optimus Prime! Not bad since I spent just under a tenner.

Today, I receive my scrap!

Lots of interesting junk in there. There will be a lots of abobinations to create soon!
There is also a few almost perfect bots in there. A G2 small plane that inly miss the usual weapon arm, a Armada Cyclonus, a basic BW Bettle, a MCDonald BW Bettle, A G2 Megatron... Well, that last one was almost perfect until I tried to turn his head. HIS HEAD DONT TURN. Instead, there's a extremely fragile joint at the base of Megatron's neck, that panel joint, who will just snap. Fawk me... Oh yeah, there's also a scrap Energon Hotshot... WITH HIS ROOF! HIS ROOF! So, my roofless Energon Hotshot is finally complete!

This lot os scrap give me new ideas and will also help my current projects!

Animated Leader is phenominal. What impresses me is how simple but effective the design is. His transformation is very easy and simple but both modes look very distinct. Since it uses almost every part of the toy for both modes you end up with very sleek modes which dont appear to be able to transform. And he is very robust in our hands, and hefty while not being heavy at all. He is very tight too, meaning that you can pose him without having to worry about him falling over or not keeping a pose.

A guy had an add for a lot of junk but I am so curious about this stuff that I took public transport for an hour away from town to see what it was. Turns out it was mostly junk but my curiosity has been fed and I have a friend who always takes what I dont need to make customs (he knows who he is) and I didnt pay much at all for this, so all is well.

Yes, that's a gray Jazz, labeled "Freeway Jazz" on the box, but there's no difference in the mold itself, other than color, and the absence of the Elite Guard insignia.

I'm actually a couple days late for this post (once again).

Thursday was my birthday, so my mother and I went birthday shopping, since we aren't doing so well financially. We initially hoped to find something at Toys "R" Us, and of course, all the good stuff was gone.

Afterwards, stopped by Target. They had a couple Doubledealers, and since I was in need of Decepticon Voyagers, decided to bite on him. So far, he's the only birthday gift I've gotten. Mom said that once finances are more stable, we'll get other stuff (she also owes me $175 in graduation money, but can't pay due to said financial instability).

I have got a couple of Transformers lately.

Firstly I got ROTF Cannon Bumblebee.



And yesterday Evasion Mode Optimus Prime arrived






I really do think this is the best Prime we have had in a long time. And it is certainly better then any other AOE Prime we have got for the movie line. Just my opinion of course.

Today was a good day. I was able to trade in an Animated Freeway Jazz (no chuks) and a ROTF Swerve. Also, a bought a 100% complete RiD Bulkhead for just 12$ (will trade it for someone) and a Universe (classic) deluxe Octane for only 7$. Octane is a **** mold, but meh, at least I have it.

The crown of the haul is... Henkei Inferno, sealed and mint in box, for only... 40$ no shipping!

holy! howd you manage that? great job, henkei inferno is very sweet and id highly recommend getting the gears or war set to make him proper. ive got two (one H inferno and one for artfire).

I have them all! Hasbro Inferno, Grappel, GDO Hotspot, Botcon something, and MilPub Artfire. All open and on display. The only one missing is United Grappel. I'm debating if I should open Henkei Inferno or not. I can enjoy the mold plenty and the Henkei box is small and neat. There's also that value thing. However, a boxed TF just look a bit out of place with my open ones.

Also, that weapon set look very interesting. I dunno who will get it, but it will add a bit of veriety in my collection.

Also, yeah, I will buy that upcoming voyager 2pack featuring the Grappel repaint as Red Hotspot.

Know what? I'll get the set, but for my Hasbro Inferno. I'll also open my Henkei one. This way, it will totally be two different character and it make no freaking senses to have a sealed dude among open ones. I'm an oppenner anyway.

BTW' I'm so stoked for the upcoming Grappel repaint. It'a the first repaint of the Grappel remold ever and it actually come with a neat copter.
