From this one picture, I really like what I see. I LOVE Decepticons, like Barricade, posing as vehicles we normally associate with "good guys," like police, firefighters, etc.
Months ago I posted that I thought it would be cool if the TF Animated Autobots got repainted/remolded into Decepticons, because how much more "in disguise" can a bad guy get than being disguised as a good guy??
Now, if you wanna slap a Autobot logo sticker over the Decepticon logo and call him Hardhead, or consider him an "update" of Energon Checkpoint, then go for it. This guy looks like a great mold, no matter what name you give him.
I agree with what kup1986 just said. I hope the line, as a whole, continues to update classic characters instead of reinventing them, but one or two reinventions, sprinkled here and there throughout the line, really wouldn't be TOO terrible, especially if the reinvented figure was good in-and-of-itself, like this one seems to be.
Now, since Hasbro HAS named him Onslaught, I DO hope, even if he isn't a combiner, that the rest of his team shows up, even if it is just one per wave.
One final note: THIS is how you represent a SWAT vehicle TF, not that piece-of-crap TF Animated Bulkhead.
