Does anyone know a good way to keep G1 Dinobot Slag's mouth from falling open?

Weapon: Cluster Bombs
Does anyone know the pinouts for the connectors of the sound box from the old Ultimate Bumblebee?

Mine died of broken legs as it could not stand up any more as the locking pin that stops the left leg collapsing when yo extend them failed and it fall off the top of a tall bookcase. So I scavanged out the battery box / sound unit and want to use this with a few switches and a better speaker to get all the sounds manually.

Are there any knock off parts to repair common things that break on the old G1 toys?

Specifically, I need a replacement tape deck for Soundwave, and don't want to hunt one down on ebay.

Can the wheels on ROTF Leader Optimus Prime be locked in place when you have it n vehicle mode? Every time I transform it back to a truck the wheels at the back splay out and won't sit straight..

Also doing up the bonnet is a pain for me. I solved this by cutting off two of the tabs, now it's much easier and less stressful.

The spring in my G1 Rumble doesn't hold his head up all the way. I don't see any screws holding it together. How can I go about taking it apart to replace that spring without breaking anything?

Anyone on here had any experience replacing the tyres on their figs? I'm thinking that Scalextrix or some other model company must do them but would have no idea where to seat with the sizings.

I need a front tyre for a G1 Wheeljack I'm restoring.

I have a G1 Dinobot Snarl. If I pick him up holding the top half, his waist just falls down all the way. It should be tighter, and only do this as part of his transformation.

If I take it apart is there anything I can tighten that will fix this? I considered wrapping a sticker around it, or painting with clear nail polish, but I don't want to do anything destructive.

Thanks.

Weapon: Plasma Cannon
Have some problems with RotF Mindwipe and Bludgeon.

Mindwipe: The gold colored plastic around his ankles is starting to crack. Is there a way to fix it or prevent it from breaking eventually?

Bludgeon: The back or base of his hands have a small crack. Again, is there a way to fix it or prevent it from breaking?

and yes I've tried the blowdryer trick on Bludgeon and it didn't work.
