Thank you for making me have a massive geekgasm in class...my professor who is a TF fan also had one when he looked at my computer, we don't get any homework because of this pic.

Also if anyone has the addresses of those responsible for this art i need it so I can personally shake their hands.

To the makers of this Grimlock artwork we the fans salute you.

“Alas, poor Ulrich…I didn’t know him so who cares”-me

Due to his rather unique birth, Grimlock has a slow but endearing speech pattern, which can easily make you forget he's Godzilla with style. And weapons.

Oh the Beast-Wars is begin.(Laught)

Awesome! I can't find other word to describe this work other than AWESOME!!!

I was impressed by his bio. Yes, it's fit to the movieverse and very fit to the personality of Grimlock.

And this is precisely why the Dinobots wouldn't work in the Bayverse.

Don't get me wrong, it's an impressive work, but it just doesn't feel like a Dinobot (especially Grimlock), to me.

I'm just finding myself unimpressed by it on a movie level. As a fan work? AWESOME.

Why can't Bay get THESE two guys to work for his design team?

i agree with both staements i tryied to imagine them like this it couldnt fit with then dinos universal studios maybe fan art superb but in the movie it says to me having the powerrangers megazord intertwine with the transfromers movie thats what this reminds me of or noght at the museum trex comes to life one or the other.

im glad bay doesnt want his movies to be more g1 than his version only if was more to the g1 series we might have had the dinobots in there and wheelie would be talking rhime it would be more cartoon than realsim from this trilogy but who knows maybe may add them as differn alterante modes shown transformers war within grimlock tank, swoop some type of jet

This is mighty fine art work. I would like to see some more armor though. He only looks as tough as the Fallen at this point.

It may not be much of a disguise, but it still makes much more sense in the movie-verse than G1 Grimlock. I've imagined Grimlock being a skeleton myself. Hope this goes the way of Longhaul. Grimlock is too important to be missing from the movies. This can't be worse than Devastator's balls, Michael Bay has no real excuse after ROTF.

Friggin AWESOME!!!! Such a brilliant idea, making it a fossilized T-Rex skeleton, as apposed to a robot tyrannosaur. I want to see this on the s]big screen!

Wow. Nothing but love for this: The rendering, the back story, the thoughtfulness of design....oh slobber. Fantastic work, YC!!!

I'm actually kinda glad this is not in Bay's sights, honestly. He's publicly stated he hates the Dinos, and you know he'd cook up some 'enemy scrotum' humor just for them.

Which would fill me with Teh RAEG. :BOOM: <--is my new favorite.

HK, do not fill me with Teh RAEG.

Reminds me of Beast Wars Dino-bot but with a far meaner, nastier, all-around more bad-ass look. Never thought I would see a Movie-verse dinobot concept that would actually be plausible in origin and look decent but this has both aspects nailed. I'm genuinely impressed and awed. It's very unfortunate that a toy could not be made that would do justice to this idea. Would have to be by a 3rd party co. because Hasbro would utterly ruin this otherwise astounding masterpiece.
Excellent work on this. My kids will be blown away when I show them these pics.
