Lockdown:

The chainsaw-hand comes the "Alien Commander" from the Battleship Kreons, which have a lot of interesting parts I hope get carried over to the TF line. "Combat Diver" could easily be straight repainted as Sea Spray.

Grimlock in glorious G2 (he, along with Slag and Snarl, were the first TFs I recall owning)

I think a pair of Optimus' smokestacks on Dirge's wing-support-doohickey does a fine enough job evoking Grim's teeny Tyrannosaurus arms, if in an abstract implied way.

Okay that Grimlock is badASS!!! Great work.

Sky-Byte involves a slight mod: gluing the spike/horn/claw bit that comes with the Predacons onto Airachnid/Knockout's helmet.

Slight mod: the helmet is Bludgeon/Vehicons' with the 'chinstrap' snipped off.
I seriously hope the beast-head can actually be held by/attached to the hand somehow.

By sliding a cylindrical piece (such as the ones used for Kreon Scorponok's claws) over the wrist, you can peg a beast-head helmet on over the hand. I just tested it out, and it works fine

Agreed! We really need a decent bug-like and bird-like head. Previews show that they made a shark head for the Sharkticon and for Rippersnapper (Rippersnapper actually switches between a regular helmet and the shark one to transform. I'm betting we'll see a Sky-Byte in the future!)

The Fallen - couldn't decide if his Staff should be plain or seemingly made of fire, so tried out both; I suppose if he were ever to be animated it'd reflect his mood (i.e. plain when calm, fiery when pissed off)

Switched to a looser, sketchier style pretty much just to save time.

Really digging the new art design! I'd love to see a Kreon Banzai-tron! He's perfect for a non-transforming bot! (Well he and any other action master really...)

I've been meaning to get to this one for a long while:

G2 Slag! By now many have made their own Dinobot builds, and some have gone so far as to make Dinobot parts on Shapeways, but I thought I'd toss my own idea out there, too.

It's been a while, hasn't it? Thought I'd finally finish up the G2 Dinobot Trio:

Snarl, in case you're like me and have a hard time remembering which "S" Dinobot is which.

Anyone else prefer the colorful G2 Dinobots to their more traditional grey versions?

Ok, some questions before the gushing.

What do you use for the sketching and colouring? What devices, what programmes?
Do you draw anything else? Do you print these out? Have you considered making a booklet of them?

Because I would buy it.

I make these all entirely in Photoshop (no scanning of pencil sketches), using a Wacom Bamboo tablet.

Don't do much printing myself. I suppose I could look into making a booklet, though I'm not sure where to start on that. My own printer is kinda shoddy...
