TRU 2-Day BOGO 50% off Deluxe Sale

In case you hadn't noticed.

It applies in-store and online...and it looks like they currently have the Combaticons and Asian deluxe figures in stock.

I was in TRU the other day and miraculously found all 5 Combaticons.

Unfortunately, upon seeing them in-person for the first time, I realized that the Playskool color scheme is really awful.

Fortunately, I already pre-ordered the G2 version on Amazon.

I'll stop by TRU today and see if I can take advantage of this sale, but barring ANOTHER miracle (such as finding Kup and Rumble or the GDO Deluxes), it'll most likely be a wasted trip.

Pretty much only worth it if:

1. You are shopping in person. Online, for the 5 combaticons, it costs about the same as the box set G2 Bruticus from BBTS.

2. You need to catch up on PRiD deluxes and there is no 9.99 Aldi sale near you.

Wish they would do a BOGO for PRiD voyagers, I still need all 6 :(
Grimlock know how to bash brains. Maybe bash yours.

I still say they are better as stand alone figures and not combined. You're gonna love the G2 version, it's so awesome looking even in the box which is where it shall remain. What TRU really needs to do is have a BB sale in time for the holidays. Buy any BB from Prime or DOTM and get 2 free. They would make the perfect stocking stuffer or gag gift! :P

Catching up on PRiD deluxes? Heck this area is scalper galore so its not even catching up its almost like starting out lol. Aldi isnt even on this side of the country so Ive been trying to find kind souls to buy up the PRiDs I need and Ill pay as soon as I can. Ive been lucky to find a few rare deluxes and Im saving them for daughters Xmas so Im just hoping to round out the rest of the line ASAP.
Wanted: Jack, Miko and Raf from FE Pack, AM Breakdown, any good Blackarachnia, any affordable MPs especially Grimlock (I can dream)
Selling/ Trading: My Gears of War collection, including NECA figures, lancer replica, signed comics, etc.

I'm skeptical because it doesn't say first edition anywhere, and I don't remember Cliffjumper being one of the First Editions reissued.

And I don't trust online toy retailers at all when it comes to product images.

Someone else said they ordered it and got Terrorcon Cliffjumper. So they rang up TRU and TRU said a replacement was on the way and it had a different SKU. I think hes waiting for it to arrive, as we all are. I dont think itll really be FE Cliffjumper but its a better choice than having to buy/ ship one from ebay if it works out.

My own TRU was rather sparse today...but I did buy a Nitro Bumblebee for $3.50 at Walmart. Not sure why I bought it, other than it being cheap.

And I was tempted by some DOTM Voyagers at Marshalls for $10.00...but I resisted.

Deals are out there, fellas.
