Aye....you've only seen Armada Megs....SO FAR!!! it takes time for Magnus to be distributed(as was the case with CW Hot Spot! he also was first spotted in the UK in a store in England.....& it was some time much later til we saw him appear in stores up here in Scotland).

But that doesn't change the fact that forbidden planet is still an import shop who get their goods from diamond comic wholesalers (who incidentally own them)

Aye true! & probably why their prices are so high, but I did mention other stores too! You could always wait til they get him in(if you already don't have him(Magnus)).

I'm doing a Transformer toy hunt today, in Glasgow, oobviously starting with Forbidden Planet to SEE if they have CW Magnus in(although highly doubtful this soon after it's been not long spotted in a FP, Bristol), then onto Smyths Toys, Easterhouse, Glasgow to see if they have Battle Core Optimus in. + whatever else I spot....as per usual I'll keep you informed of my findings.

Sadly it's a no show for Magnus at FP, Glasgow, although they do have some nice Star Wars stuff in! & NO! no remote control BB8

A1 TOYS, Glasgow still have Blaster & Perceptor, Seekers & Insecticons Platinum Edition in, No sign of CW Magnus.

Hamleys, Glasgow have the RID One Step Ninja Sideswipe in.

Off Topic for a mo...those Star Wars micro machines Force Awakens playsets are catching my eye! Especially the Imperial Star Destroyer & Millennium Falcon ones.

Smyths Toys, Glasgow unfortunately don't have the Battle Core Optimus in! so looks like the Star Wars Force Awakens Micro Machines playsets it is then!

I love it that they've finally brought micro machines back. Had a nice collection back in the day. Went to teesside park toys r us and found nothing new...Other then the blaster/perceptor and cone heads premium sets. Though they still have a sunstorm clogging up the shelves

The two Megatrons are Wave 2 (I know.) Thundercracker and Magnus are wave 3. Or at least that was my understanding. Although, maybe Megatrons are wave 3 and Magnus/Thundercracker are wave 4? Either way, both Megs came out before Magnus and Thundercracker.

I tried to see if Click & Collect would work but I couldn't get it to work.

Also there is supposed to be free delivery on orders over £29.99 but it does not apply the discount right away it seems but I didn't go all the way through the process.

Incidentally Argos has a 3 for 2 sale on toys at the moment too.

I wonder what happens if you use the two for 15 offer on say One step changers and then buy one more do they charge you £15.00 for 3 of them then ?

Rar, the deals normally don't work together, so basically you have to choose one or the other.

As for motormaster, the ship has sailed on that one as that wave was skipped altogether

Although I'm surprised that Argos haven't been done for false advertising! as they've still got pictures of Motormaster & Air Raid in their catalogues & on their computer terminals in store!

It's only false advertising if the Stunticons limbs are being shown. Motormaster is being rereleased in Wave 4 along side BC Prime.

Its old news. I thought it was now (fairly) common knowledge the Wave Voyagers were BC Prime and Motormaster, both of which have been confirmed to have had a hip ratchet "adjustment".

ah I kinda vaguely heard about the hip ratchet adjustment with BC! but still no news on a release date for those?(in physical stores)

Well did my fortnightly trip down toys r us and things have changed! We've finally got wave three voyagers in, it's only been months since the rest of the country got them...they've also had the full range of RID minicons and both deployers and strangely, a repainted, slightly retooled and re boxed stomp and chomp grimlock to match his RID form. ..guess that waste time on shelves for a good while..
