Hi all, I want to headswap my universe Springer, however , it seems that I need to take the torso apart to access the head. The problem is, that there are pins holding the tail section directly across 2 of the 4 screw holes needed to open the body. Has anyone managed to remove his head before?

Worst case would be to hack at it with a dremel, but I'd rather not damage the head if I can possible avoid it. Best case would be to somehow remove the pins without damaging the plastic.

Any ideas you clever people?

Hi all, I went ahead and took Springer apart (had to free up 4 pins!) but I decided not to attempt a head swap because I could see no way of remioving it without destroying the head (no friendly balljoints here!) also, the replacement head was just as bad. Oh well
