Warbot Bundle Update

Hi Everyone,

It has come to our attention that some users are having issues with orders being associated with their account. We have looked into this and the orders are all there, the paypal payments are associated with the proper orders and paypal confirmation receipts have been sent out.

Something happened in the system at the final step, so the status got stuck on a completed payment status for some orders rather than being switched to pending. This was purely based on an upgrade we made to the system previously.

We apologize if this has caused any confusion, and will be fixing the issue shortly. If you have received a paypal receipt, you are reserved. Once we have fixed the issue, all orders should show up in the user history area.

Hi Everyone,

The order issue from the other day is now fixed and the order history has been restored. We also took the extra step of double checking paypal receipts for any errors and have a very clean outcome.

So everything should be great. We have also upgraded our systems previously so that tracking numbers will be included once we start shipping. This product is expected to start shipping November 30, 2012. It's an estimated date of release, but should be a pretty accurate.

After some back and forth with the manufacturer, we have confirmed that the bonus mini bots will be packaged with FPC versions of Assaulter together with the box. Due to the huge interest in these, the manufacturer has also noted that these minis will also be available with all retailed Assaulters, but packaged separately.

Just a quick note to all members that shipping for WB-003 Warbot Assaulter pre-orders are all done and on route. Tracking numbers were sent through email to all pre-order holders, so look in your junk mail if you don't see it hit your inbox. We've also included it in your order history in case you cannot find it via email.



All International, Canada and US customers should be expecting their packages to arrive between this week and next. All US packages are shipped USPS Priority, Canadian packages are shipped Canada Post Expedited and International packages are shipped Priority International.



We are still waiting for stock to arrive for Steel Cores, so we hope to ship those right as we get them. We'll have more updates on those once available from the manufacturer.
