I did. I was told it would be taken care of, and I take the staff at their word. I got reimbursed by Paypal, so everything was smoothed out. I just don't want anyone else to get cheated.

I have posted an update to this story in the original comment. Joe, "the Arc", has made good on his deal 3 weeks after he stopped communication.
