Actually, it already has. We're still taking suggestions for new welcoming messages :)

"Hey there!" seems just fine to me. Why do we need some stupid lame line anyway?

Only because your old man arthritis prevents you from doing it for me.

That's what I tell you but really it's more to do with your genital warts.

Hello everyone,
I introduce myself, I'm Luca, 31 years old from Rome (Italy in decline) and i am a big fan of the TransFormers world in general since '88, when i began to watch the first cartoons. I had many original period toys, then sold as a fool for not much money because I thought I was grown up, and now, ironically, at age 31 I started to collect toys again (I still feel bad to have given away my worshiped Devastator :BOOM: ). Anyway enough with the memories, it's time to ask for advice!

ps sorry for my bad english :/

Well, although self gratification, and genital warts are on my list of "Favorite things to talk about", I joined to talk about robots. :D

I have been using this site for reference for years. Who's gun is this? What did his stickers look like? Who the F is Thunderwing an homage to? That sort of thing. Oh, and Primus bless the Sightings section.
As I get older I realize that most my friends don't want to talk about robots. I've got kids. I've got a mortagage. But I still like Transformers damn it!
I was target demographic when G1 hit the shelves of Venture and Kmart. I had an older brother who was rocking Micronaughts. And that's where it all started.
I collect lots of different toys, but it has always been about Takara for me. I am a Takara fan. I was die hard Star Wars for a long time, then Kenner put Beast Wars in my pipe, Oh man! Smoke that sweet Japanese stuff. Ya baby!
Anyway, as you can tell, I'm excited to talk bots!
Hope we can all share some tasty bot bits, and maybe learn something new about ourselves along the way.

Sincerley,
Cobotron

oh, I've been hanging out over in the NYCC 2014 Coverage thread. Good times.
BRING ME COMBINERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cia' bbello, benvenuto. ;)

I think the 'I'll sell all my toys now' phase hit a lot of Italian fans - I know I did the same, and gave them all to charity (Emmaus and Caritas)! :D

Hey all.
I'm gonna ask a some real newb questions?
This is my first endeavor in forums. Is there a guide in here that explains how it works?
example - posting photos and images, the buttons above the reply field, etc.

Also I have an idea for a thread. Is there an easy way to check and make sure it hasn't been done already? Or does it have to be approved by admin, so they would catch it?

Thanks. Sorry for asking to hold my hand.

I've been in here for about three weeks now and having a BLAST!
Stirring the pot and making new friends.

PM "Sabreblade" or "Jelze"

Thanks. Sorry for asking to hold my hand.

You simply MUST tell us what lotion you use to have such soft and lovely hands. Image

OH, those guys. I've been referring to them in my head as the Everywhereicons. Already encountered them both several times. Seem like nice folks. Don't they combine to form Super Forumtron? ;)

To answer your last question, no lotion, cocoanut oil, head to toe every night.
Thanks for noticing Burn. You're a man of good taste.

Okay....yeah....I'm not going to touch that cream.....comment....

The easiest way I've found to check to see if a thread has been posted is to run a search, being as specific as possible. Searching "Transformers Thunderbird Burn" will return far too many results. For the rest, I'd use trial and error. I use Photobucket to host my pictures (since ImageShack went to a pay model) and link them here. (There can be issues if an image is used in a sig this way. I've seen some people exceed their allotted bandwidth.)

The only other tip I have is when trying to embed a YouTube video with the YouTube tags, use only the code after the v=. Here's and example, and you can "quote" me to see the code:

Have fun playing around!

Good morning everyone, I have been meaning to join this forum for a long time and now I have so yay for me. I don't share my name online but I'm a 27 year old women who has been a fan of transformers since first watching beast wars as a child.

Since then I have watched all things transformers I can get my hands on, my favorite series at this point being Transformers Prime. I have also recently started collecting more transformers figures with the help of my partner as well as other merchandise I find interesting.

Welcome to the board! Don't let any of the sillier of us scare you, they're quite harmless deep down. :)

Actually we've mutually decided to forgo any attempt of combination. Don't ask the reason, it'd make your head hurt 8-}

Went out on a hunt this morning. Got in the car and Never Gonna Give You Up came on the radio.
I took it as a good omen.
Came home with Generations Windblade, Nightbeat, and Jetfire.
Thanks for your mojo Agamemnon, and your forum tips!!!!!

and just to add to the fun Blinded By Science was playing when I got back in the car.
Blinded by the science of Cybertron!

Hi, people.

My name is unavailable.
I'm a gender-neutral Transformers fan, and I've been a fan since they first came out.
I'm currently a certain age.

How's it going everyone, been a long time but I decided to join the board again after a long hiatus. I used to post regulary in 2004-2005 under the name Greek Optimus. I doubt any of you remember me, was a rubbish little teenager back then. Good to see the board and HMW still going strong, as well as some familiar faces from back in the day.
