The only possible good that can come out of this is that this means we're not likely to see Mary Sue...er, River Song anymore.

Unless she turns out to be that "new friend". In which case Moffat's lost himself a fan.

Seconded. May we have a vote?

Then may we have Ace come back and blow up River?

Nobody commenting on the Christmas ep? Without going into spoilers I think it's fair to say that I was less than impressed. The story didn't really go anywhere and the guest actors that I was looking forward to (Armstrong and Bailey) didn't get an awful lot to do. Meh.

I enjoyed it. It was better than I expected as I was expecting a full blown Narnia rip-off (which would have been really annoying) but it was simply a small nod.

The only un-enjoyable part was the end when the Ponds turned up. I seem to enjoy Matt Smith stories without those two around, roll on mid-season when we get rid of them.

Aside from the Christmas special. When is the series starting up again?

Fall?
Seriously? That's kind of a long hiatus. When did the season start last year? It wasn't that late in the year, was it?

It started in April, then had a two month break and came back in August.

Yeah, I was thinking April.
Oh well, I've got several DVDs to watch in the meantime, as well as numerous books to read. It will be rough, but I think I'll make it!
It seems odd though, that as popular as the Doctor is right now, they'd delay the start of the new series until the fall.

Apparently it has something to do with the production of Sherlock or something.

I would kill to see that. Or one with the Transformers.

Star Trek/Doctor Who/Transformers crossover.

A Federation Blockade is the only thing blocking Unicron from devouring Earth, the only thing, that is until the Doctor arrives! He must make his way to the core of Unicron with some trapped Autobots and Federation Officers to destroy the behemoth before he devours Earth!

Neat idea, huh? Just came up with it! :D

If you have 17 mins to spare, slightly insane, but funny German girl builds her own Tardis.

According to that Twitter feed, final story with Rory and Amy will be with Weeping Angels and not everyone makes it out alive. Of, for phuck's sake! :BANG_HEAD:
