Seibertron is the owner. I linked his profile so you can PM him directly. Being an IT guy myself, I think your question goes beyond the scope of what the admins around here can do and might be a site programming issue. That's where the site owner would need to get involved, methinks.

Yeah, sorry, should've been clearer about it all! Thanks Agamemnon. :D

The board and news admin cannot change the site as it is, it all falls down to Seibertron himself.
He does check this thread regularly, but there are a lot of things he needs to look after, and some posts can take a while to be addressed.

So, sending a message to Seibertron wielded even less results than posting in here, with not even a reply so far. Any other ideas to get the issue across?

So it's been almost a month now... still no working buttons. I don't get it. To me it seems that when your forum's broken that should be a pretty high priority, but so far no one that can do anything about the issue has even openly taken notice. Does literally no one care? Is it just my buttons that are broken?

Literally a "I'll look at it" from someone that has the power invested in them to fix the buttons would do at this point.

Look up a few more posts, and see Va'al's last response. Remember, Seibertron alone owns this site, and he alone creates/debugs/refines it. If you're having technical issues, he may be changing the site somehow. And also remember, Va'al explicitly said, and I will attest, that it can and does take some time to find some problems.

Just as a follow-up, Ryan has been made aware again of the issue, and am sure will reply as soon as he can.

Oh boy, it's (still) that time again.

Now if only I could also put all these images in like a closed box so they wouldn't stretch up the page and it would most likely load faster as well...

Thank you for reporting the problem, we are aware of it but PLEASE, have some patience! Ryan the site owner is the only one who can address this and it will be on his list.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I tried going to the no TF toy forum and it loaded fine.

I noticed this issue. Let's say I click on the forum slot (the top most to the right of "Store") page then click one of the many sub categories of the directory.

Take for example General Topic with the title "TV-verse"

I click on the title "TV-verse". Well instead of immediately going to "TV-verse", I go to the General Topic again instead of "TV-verse" which I have to click on again.

Is this an issue among others? I'm using XP Chrome

And is it possible to include a facepalm icon?

Hey all,
Quick question. I was just out of town for about five days and due to no wifi or cell service I was unable to access the forums. Upon my return it would appear that I have been dropped from every thread subscription I had.
Does this happen when a member is inactive for "X" amount of time? Glitch in the Matrix? Just wondering. It's only a minor annoyance, and I will get back to rappin' and cuttin' it up in the forums as usual. Just stumped as to why this would happen.

Thanks,
Cobotron

nah mate, you're with Hotmail, check your spam folder and see if there's e-mails there.

Ryan has since dealt with this particular problem so it should be sorted, if they're still going into your spam folder, sign up with Gmail (Yes, that is our recommendation) or ensure seibertron.com is added to your safe list.

Nope. Nothing in my "Junk" folder, and no notification of your reply either. Anywhere. This has happened before to one or two threads, but never ALL of them.

I'll think about G-mail.
I guess. :-(

You can forward your Gmail to Hotmail. It's a workaround, but that's the magic word in IT.

Well, that and "reboot". :-s

That's a good idea Ag. Thanks.
I already have a Gmail account, but it's strictly for personal stuff. I'll try starting another.

Just out of curiosity, does Seibertron.com have a problem communicating with Hotmail/Outlook or is it the other way around?

Thanks for your help fellers. :D

We did this week. Billy-Jim (thank you so much for that name!) picked it up and alerted Ryan to it as he was having a similar issue.

Once I get a chance to sit down to my e-mails I'll check in with both to see how things are going, but Ryan was sure it was fixed.

Billy-Jim!!!!

I was actually just in contact with him.

I took yours and Ag's advice and started a Gmail account, and then forwarded it to my OG Hotmail.
All is working and back to normal(ish). Please let me know if you get the Hotmail situation sorted, as I will stop the forwarding.

Thanks for your help Burny Burnbaum! ;)
