I'm having troubles staying logged in on my iPhone. Both in Safari and Opera Mini. I checked both browsers and they hold on other sites, all except this one. My PC browser has no problem holding the info, but neither mobile will. It's only happened since the revamp. If I'm wrong and it's on my end, I apologize. If not, thought you should know.

Nothing I changed with the revamp should affect that at all. It was all cosmetic changes, nothing changed with the core programming of Seibertron.com. You might want to try logging out, then logging back in and making sure the "keep me logged in" checkbox is marked. Keep me posted ... and if anyone else is experiencing this problem, please let me know. Thanks!

I've had the same problem with FF mac for months. Nothing to do with the site change. I've even set Seibs as an exception which worked for a couple of days but then stopped entirely.

So is there any chance this failure to keep me logged in is a Seibertron cookie issue?

I don't know. It seems to be working fine, now. Go figure.

dont know what options been ticked but the site wont stay open on my ipod touch, iv already deleted cookies and website data.i am running the inbuild debug console to see if i can get you a report of what could be causing this. It seemed to happen when you introduced the prime background image, also the re-sizing issue from last week has returned im sending you some screen caps.

How come the forum pages censor words but the news pages that show the forum content dont?

An example would be the post by ShardFenix, post number 4 I think.

A bunch of the emoticons don't work properly. For example....the one with the heart when used actually is an angry face. there's a few that when used in a post are not the same as pictured.
Plus i think there's a lot that NEVER get used. Maybe some could get deleted and new ones added. Along with trouble shooting the existing.

if you right click and copy the image location of the desired emote then put that within the coding like so
Code: Select all

you end up with this Image

You'll still get all the emotes working they are all working its just some of the image links are pointing in weird directions

if your not sure what i mean heres an example
im on google searching for wardrobes
Go onto sieberton and then the advert in the corner is a advert for wardrobes

EDIT*
I Typed this up wrong. Every time I wanted to REPLY to a front page story, it would bump me to another forum. It doesnt do it anymore though, so it's really no longer an issue. Keep on truck'n!

Ever since the change over when all forums were justified left and adds put to the right(except for top of the screen) this site has been a serious dog for me.

Same browser, same everything including a refresh and reinstall on the PC and it's only Seibertron that does this to me out of all my frequently visited sites.

It has been like this since the forums were updated. Even going to the site initially or moving from forum to forum it is very slow and lagging compared to most other sites.

It is very annoying and actually causes me to use the site less.

I love ya Ryan and you have hung out at my house even, but the ad's need to go or or something reworked so it doesn't slow the rest of the site down.

Hell, ya can come here and see what I'm talking about if you wanted to. We can get some more pizza lol

Yeah, I have similar problems too. ^^^

Each page takes much longer to load (since the recent change), and half the time I click on the wrong thing because the page is jumping all around (still loading).

I mean, hey, I still love the site and still come around, but since it was mentioned - I figured I'd chime in.

Whenever I try to go to this site on my Wii (when I can't access my PC, that is), there isn't enough memory for any of the pages to load. There's too much media on the screen for my Wii to handle, and my Wii is up-to-date on the most recent of software updates.

Same story with my 3DS. It helps if you refresh the page, though.

Not for me, it doesn't. Any page of Seibertron crashes the browser on my Wii.

Keep on getting logged out. Using Firefox 10.0.2. Selected remember me, it is not working. Help? Very frustrating to constantly get logged out. THanks!

It's happened three times today, the site cannot locate the database.

I give it five minutes then try again, and it's fine.

Is this routine maintenance?

Same issue on Palmoon 3.6

Seems like that checkbox just doesn't work as nearly every time I come back here I have to log in again.

Wouldn't be so bad if after logging in I actually went back to the topic I was trying to reply to (since I generally don't notice I'm logged out until trying to post a reply) but no, it always takes me way out to the list of forums so I then have to back up in my browser until I'm back where I was and then I have to refresh before it lets me reply.

Of course, the way I browse, I open a bunch of topics in tabs before reading any of them, so then after replying to the first one, I then have to refresh all the others as well. :HEADHURTS:

The more I visit the site, the more I'm disappointed by how "clunky" it is to me now. I mean, even scrolling down the page is choppy to me - and this is after I wait 5-10 seconds for the page to load. Hell, even when typing this message the characters are just a tad behind when I type.

I have the highest-level of DSL I can get. Yeah, that's definitely not the fastest out there, but it should be adequate. Shouldn't it?

Is there anything you can do, Ryan?

this morning when i tried to get on here the site everything was like back in time. nothing from the present existed, the news was from 2008 and the site banner was from TFA with lockdown on it. also the SOPA and PIPA page stopped me from entering and i had to close out of it. what the hell happened? :HEADHURTS: or was it just me? :HEADHURTS:
