Technically doesn't qualify, X-Men isn't allowed into the Marvel Cinematic Universe due to licensing issues with Fox.

Still, that looks really awesome. Let's hope it doesn't end up a repeat of the last Wolverine movie...

So fox will prevent Wolverine from being introduced into the Avengers? But this movie's timing is perfect for another setup! Dammit!

Well this is suppose to be set after Wolverine:Origins right? Then he's gotta go to the xmen and go through those movie's story arcs, THEN I think he could join the avengers...If fox lets him that is

He already went through those movies, and they still didn't let him in. For the record, Spider-Man has the same issue. Although in that case, Sony did suggest they put the (Totally awesome) Oscorp Tower into the New York skyline for Avengers, but by that point it was too late to add it. Way to drop the ball again Sony.

Marvel wrote:Marvel’s "Thor: The Dark World," in theaters November 8, 2013, continues the big screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s "Thor" and "Marvel’s The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.

Looks like it will be inspired by Walter Simonson's phase wich i really like.

Anyone has seen The Amazing Spider-Man 2 news?
I heard they may use Harry Osborn in the sequel.

And Captain America:Winter Soldier is going feature Black Widow. There is also a bunch of concept art around the web.

Only thing I've heard recently is that Jamie Fox signed up to play Electro. I don't know if that is old news though.

It's a couple of months old. They already begun production.

I can't say I know much about the Thor comics, but it looks like they're getting into actual Mythology. In particular, the weird looks Sif keeps giving Jane, as well as Thor and Loki teaming up like they always used to.

It's nice to see that they have the Thor 2 trailer up. I was beginning to think there were only going to be more Ironman. And RDJ said after this he was leaving because "I doesn't want to overstay my welcome." I call b.s. because maybe he's just tired of it.

His contract is up after Iron Man 3. I think he will be back for Avengers 2, but the studio will have to throw a Prime trailer full of cash at him to do it. Or write him out of it, which i don't see happening. All his talk will serve him getting a monster payday for that 1 movie, I believe. Then after that maybe he'll give it up. Then they can get Al Pacino, who looks like a much older version of RDJ and could play Stark in his 60s.

I thnik they are referencing the Jane/Thor/Sif love triangle in the comics.

As for the X-men,i would like to see Sentinels in the next films. That would be awesome.

Iron Man 3 happened. I haven't seen it yet, but I did see Wikipedia. The obligatory post-credits scene features--drum roll please--Mark Ruffalo as Bruce banner.

Also, according to Joss Whedon, his current draft of Avengers 2 includes Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, meaning that thing about X-Men not being in the MCU is officially over.

I saw Iron Man 3 today, it was really good.
It ends on an odd note though, Tony blows up all of his suits, and gets the shrapinel removed. Also, The Manderin was just an actor. He didn't do anything threatening the whole film. The "Real Manderin" was cool, but nothing like what you would expect. He pretty much kicks Tony on his ass though. Luckily Pepper got super powers too, and she kicks his ass (Wich made the theater cheer).

According to Kevin Feige, Doctor Strange is going to be a part of Phase Three along with Ant-Man. Also Hulk 2 is at least being considered.

ComingSoon wrote:A topic of discussion among many fans lately is whether Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. will renegotiate with Marvel Studios for future appearances in their films. The Hollywood Reporter says that the actor met with Kevin Feige and many other executives last night to begin laying out the groundwork for his return. Insiders say that the negotiations looked to his return as the character in the upcoming Avengers 2 and a third "Avengers" film. A fourth Iron Man film was said to not be included in the talks as it is unclear if Downey Jr. is interested in another stand-alone feature as the character.

Beyond the news that Marvel is developing a third "Avengers" movie, THR also revealed that the studio has scripts in development for Ms. Marvel and a reboot of the character Blade (whose screenrights were recently returned to Marvel). Other films still in the pipeline at Marvel, with no production date in sight, include Doctor Strange, Iron Fist, Black Panther and The Runaways.

Furthermore, Kevin Feige spoke with Collider and said there are currently no plans to make spin-off films for the characters War Machine (played by Don Cheadle) or The Falcon (Anthony Mackie in the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier).

Which of these movies do you want to see in the future? Would you rather have an Avengers 3 than Iron Man 4?

Wonder how Coulson is gonna be brought back? Life Model Decoy with his memories intact? Of course, even though we were told he died in Avengers, we never saw the body after the fact...

Moving on, Blade's rights have returned to Marvel? That's cool, the first two movies are pretty good and I liked the Anime' series, but I'm not a real big fan. I believe Daredevil's rights have also returned to Marvel, which is a plus.

The news of a Dr. Strange film is good to hear. I've read a little of Dr. Strange and don't know much about his overall mythology, but I do like the character. Shuma Gorath could make for an interesting villian, because a cycloptic octopus is just plain cool looking and I like him in the Marvel vs. Capcom games. Also, I'd like to see Rintrah, Dr. Strange's green minotaur friend. Because he's a green minotaur. And that's cool.
