Officer Sweet Boy: Police Mode Bumblebee!

So having finally got my airbrush setup reconstructed, and having all the paints and tools I needed, I thought it was about time I got my Bugbite redone into the police car Bumblebee I'd mentioned about. A night's spraying, a slight modification to attach the cherry light and a few stickers later, and he was ready for duty!

The black was applied with an airbrush with Mr. Aqueous Color Gloss Black, with lots of masking. The light is just a red LED attached by drilling through the roof and using the wires as anchors to glue to the inside. The stickers aside from the Autobrand are from Reprolabels/Toyhax's Prowl sheet.

I still need to paint his new weapon (a Shapeways WFC plasma cannon) and I might paint his rear indicators/brakelights, and also possibly paint his horns up like warning lights. But that aside he's complete, and I'm really happy with him! Possibly the first custom I've done I can say without a doubt I'm proud of.

This custom sound simple, but that was a lot of work! And the results are just perfect!
Your paint look so clean it's as if it was bought as is in store! Nice. :APPLAUSE:

This bee would need a partner. I wonder if there's a nice bikeformers who would be in scale, look classic G1 enough, to be customised as a Highway patrol bike? Hey, why not Spike Witwicky as the bike? 8-)

Slight update, but he has a gun now! Nothing special paintwise, just airbrushed Molotow Liquid Chrome over a 3D printed gun from Ariel Lemon's selection of WFC (High Moon, that is) guns.

It's...well it's rubbish. The gun can only fit on the back of the car backwards and it looks ridiculous.
Still. Could be worse.
Eyeballs Netflix Bee and his weapon """storage"""

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. That came out pretty nicely! What masking tape did you use?

Mostly Tamiya tape. And thanks!
