You are CORRECT sir!

Straight from the mouth of Don himself!

Also, as a side note but in the same vein, Did you know that the top of E. Grimlock's head when folded down all the way is suppose to be a tribute as well as the obviouse details to WW Grimlock. You fold down the head all the way in dino mode and you can stick a little guy in there.

I'm guessing it's also a nod to G1 Grimlocks original Toy purpose with him having that seat in his back. Diaclone drivers I think?

Anyhoo, yea...um...what you just read...

Wait a minute...was it you who tried to take it? LOL j/k. Acutally, when I went to take it home, the lady asked for my ID to verify that I am the owner. She recognized me from the dinner/awards show but still wanted to make sure. She said someone came by earlier and tried to claim that he was the owner but when she asked for his ID he said he "forgot" it. He said he'll have to go get his ID but never came back.

I don't know if any were ever stolen but that was a concern I had. Before submitting my entry I asked the lady what the procedure was about picking up the entry once the show is over and she assured me there is always someone watching over the entries (which there was) and when someone wants to pick up their entry they needed to show ID. I don't know if they do that with everybody but I'm glad they did that with the guy who tried to pose as the owner of my entry. But I guess she asked for ID because she recognized me as the winner at the dinner so when the guy went to claim it she probably knew he was trying to pull a fast one.

No. To make a long story short, the parts were all casted but then I lost interest in customizing so never finished assembling the parts.

That's sucks to hear VP. :(

Hopefully your loss of interest is only temporary. I know I go through spells like that and have to take some time off. Also hope you keep posting...haven't seen you around much lately.

On topic:

Since you already had the parts casted, did you ever think about selling an unassembled kit like A.R.C.? Could help recoup some $.

I'm still around sometimes but mainly lurking. I still like to see some of the bashes thats been coming through. Your Alt Grapple is kickass btw.

I was asked by a rabbid squirrel productions whether they can reproduce my TWW Grim. Some of the parts after casting are still unrefined. Would still require a bit of work to get the pieces to fit nicely, which I can do since I know how the pieces fit but would require an extensive "how to guide" for others. As of now, I have only 4 complete sets casted and have no motivation to write a "how to assemble guide". RSP could have refined the pieces for me and mold/cast the new pieces but I think they can just make their own from scratch which probably would be better when all said and done.

You know, there are pressure for high demand when you make something yourself and make it well and we all would like to try and meet those exspectations but it shouldn't be at the cost of your heart. Your heart is what makes you and what you do a great thing.

I would hate to lose you over little things like that...in any case I hope to see you come back around to the fold...

...we've missed you.

Yea, I hear you. Last Oct. my marriage started having difficulties and I stayed off the boards for a couple of months. I've been posting since then, giving others advice and encouragement, but actually crackin down and doing work of my own is still really difficult. Just doesn't seem to matter in the grand scheme of things, and its hard to keep my focus. It feels like when I do try to I have ADD or something. I'm still banking on my passion to return at some point. Until then atleast I have the support from everyone here on the boards and it helps to have people there to listen to you. So basically what I'm sayin' is even if you're not in a bashing mood, at least keep talking. We miss your input.
