I think they look pretty cool.

I dunno what it is, but BC's minibots are really not doing it for me. Maybe it's because we now have an official MP minibot (Bumblebee) and he is damn near one of my favorites, and my expectations are high for his other mini-pals.

I just want them to reissue Huff, because he was my favorite after Bumblebee and I missed out on the figure the first time.

Yeah, I was going to create a thread the other day, and got busy with some other stuff. Here are the BBTS orders and pics:

Old Time Series - OTS-10 Slick $64.99 (MP Style Swindle, right?)

Old Time Series - OTS-09 Grump &69.99 (MP style Gears, face gimmick is cool)

I'm with Shajaki on this, though they look really nice. I do have one version of the Huffer mold, and it was decent, if not great. I think their quality has improved since then...

Badcube are known for being top quality, so I'd expect these to be great.

On the contrary, I have full confidence in their quality after acquiring Sunsurge and Blaze, those are outstanding figures. I always thought their Huffer looked good, but these two, their Brawn/Outback, and their Gears/Tailgate just don't hit the notes I'm looking for.

BadCube does intend to reissue Huff under the BC label (was originally under 'Cubex'). Still waiting for official release date and if there are any changes to the figure.

Yeah, sorry, I may have made it seem that you had an issue with quality. Those were two separate things. I agree with you on the aesthetics. There's just something not quite right...

On quality, while I had the Huffer mold, it had a few issues, if I remember the correct mold. (There were two from different vendors back then. Both had some quality issues, though I think it was mostly looseness of joints. I have certainly had figures with worse quality.)

And yes, it seems that their newer offerings have shown QA improvement.

I think we are on the same page, shajaki ;)^
